Communication with the host was very clear which made the check in process simple. House was very clean and close to Broadway!

Great house and host! The host went above and beyond including nice essentials like laundry soap, coffee, and shampoo. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and loved the place as it was decorated so cute! Short Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. We loved Nashville and this VRBO house! Thanks to the host for a wonderful stay!

This home was great for our group of 6 women age 40+ in town for a show at the Ryman. Lots of beds, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen area and a great patio area with a fire pit table for sitting around and chatting and catching up. The location was great, as we wanted to spend most of our time away from Broadway.
That being said, this place needs some love put into it to be considered a "luxury" listing as it is described. The dining table cushions are very worn, there are marks on many of the walls that need to be painted. The storage area doors refused to stay shut, and the gate to the backyard had a lock in it so it couldn't be shut. Towels were stained and/or worn. All of the beds make noise when you get in and out of them. No ceiling fans.
I expected it to be nicer for the price point. It was adequate, but would be so much nicer with a little love.

The things that we liked about this property were its location was great, the covered patio, the kitchen was nice and the overall updating/remodel of this older property was well done. The biggest thing we did not like about this property were the two queen beds were old, noisy and very uncomfortable - so uncomfortable one of us slept on the floor, another slept on the couch and we ended pulling out the mattress on the sofa bed to sleep on. In addition, the ice-maker was not working and the downstairs furniture was worn and the sofa was uncomfortable.

Our family stayed in Nashville for a long weekend. Highlights of this property…
Pros- great location. Close to Nissan Stadium. Plenty of room for a family. Off street parking. Decent backyard. Prompt management communication.
Cons- low on linens for bed and bath. Sheer curtains or no curtains on 80% of the windows. Ice maker doesn’t work. Lacks kitchen utensils for cooking.
Overall, we had a fun and eventful weekend!

This house had been one of the most enjoyable stay ever. Not only that but also a very beautiful home which made us felt comfortable and at home. I would definitely book this house again when I get to visit Nashville. Everything was spectacular about this place!

The house was clean. I was disappointed with the patio. When you promote the patio on the site you need to clean it up a little and replace the cushions, they were filthy. Otherwise no complaints. The management was great to work with! House was clean!

The House was very clean, and a great size for our group of 8. Property Managers were very easy to get ahold of. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Back covered patio was a great addition! Would definitely recommend!

Loved the house! Great location less than 10 minutes from downtown, quiet street and close to the bus line.
The outdoor patio with fire pit was fantastic! We were able to enjoy lots of time as a family at night with the fire going!! Also has a large porch to enjoy.

House is so pretty! It was clean, plenty of basic supplies, short Uber rides to broadway. Beds/pillows were comfortable. There’s some minor things that could stand a touch up but they didn’t bother us. Outdoor space could use a little update. Most lights are out. Chairs broken. But overall we loved our stay and would stay again

The property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for 3 adult couples and in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Quick Uber rose to broadway bars and other attractions. The owner was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Great house! Great location! Owner let us check out late which we greatly appreciated. Carpets upstairs need to be cleaned, and upstairs shower slow to drain, and new sheets may be needed for the beds but over all had a wonderful time, loved the house!!! Perfect for multiple couples!!!

The not so good: Carpet was really soiled. Communication with owner/manager not very good. Welcoming notebook referred to bottled water being provided. There was none and no corkscrew as well. When we asked, we were told there should be a corkscrew (there wasn’t)and they don’t provide bottled water, and to use water dispenser in refrigerator door. They did bring bottled water and corkscrew and a bottle of wine, which was nice of them, the next day after we had gone out and bought our own water and corkscrew. We told them the shower drain was backing up and draining slow....no response. One feature we were looking forward to was sitting around fire pit, but both propane tanks were empty and none of the patio heaters had tanks at all. We took the one off the grille finally. No offer was made to provide full tanks, just that there “should be one at the back of the carport”. Compared to the many other experiences we have had with VRBO and short term rentals, we were disappointed overall.
