Great location and amenities, perfect for a family and very clean!

Sparkling clean rental. Best property management company we’ve worked with. LiveRight team is great. Home has high ceilings which makes it feel airy and spacious. Bedrooms are conveniently located in 3 “wings” of the house. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus. Pool and spa were used all day. Also very clean. Enjoyed having a beach umbrella and chairs to use. Super location - close to great restaurants and shopping. Lovely neighborhood for morning strolls. We appreciated the “starter” packs for laundry, bath and dishwasher. Highly recommend LiveRight rentals.

Kitchen cabinet door is missing a screw. Shared bath toilet handle is very loose. Both the shared bath and front room toilets ran excessively. Construction next door was loud. We had a propane leak that was fixed. The pool was 105 degrees. Unusable. But it got fixed.Overall an excellent property that had lots of amenities including beach towels and bathroom accessories. Staff was attentive. Kept and eye on us. Helpful.

Interior of house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with basics. Plenty of beach chairs in good repair available for use. Location was convenient. The outside Lanai area needs some attention, screen was ripped in several places allowing bugs in, many active spider webs hanging above pool area. TV in lanai not functioning. The only reason we rented this home was because it had a private pool, we felt that because of the current public health concerns this would be the safest option for our family, and we paid a ridiculous amount of money to stay here. We were very disappointed that the pool and spa were not working the week we were there. In fact it took several days of repeated calls to get the pool the attention it needed. The "property manger" who lives across the street came over to inspect it after several calls. We then had to wait for another pool person to come the next day. After it was decided the pool was "fixed" it continued to turn green with algae so the "property manager" again came over to throw some chemicals in the pool and sweep the walls. We were told it would be fine in the morning, sadly it was not. In the end we spent top dollar for a rental that had no useful pool/spa for the entire week we were there and we spent a good portion of our time trying to trouble shoot pool equipment that did not belong to us. Although we understand things happen with homes and equipment it was a disappointment to rent a place that did not meet our expectations. In retrospect we could have saved time and money renting a condo on or near the beach with a shared pool for less money. I find it interesting that most reviews talk about the "manager" living across the street which tells me that we are not the only ones who have had maintenance issues while staying there. The home owner needs to put some money into property maintenance specifically the outdoor area, doing so would make the property closer to the 5 star rating!
