Labotessa Luxury Boutique Hotel

The breakfast was excellent. The venue is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. All the staff were very very nice, friendly and very helpful. Lovely nice touches in your room. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely toiletries too.

Staff was AMAZING!! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful and knew us whenever we arrived or left. It was such a comfortable and unique place, with a private elevator to our room. Location was perfect, with easy access to everything within Cape Town, from the city center and markets to the waterfront and Table Mountain. The history of the building and location were definitely iconic The rooms were large with a very comfortable bed. The refrigerator was always stocked well, and all the amenities were impeccable, including Diptyque which was top notch. Will definitely stay there again.

It was all great I would not change a thing.

We had a lovely 4-night stay at Labotessa this September. The hotel itself is gorgeous, from the lovely garden area on the ground floor to the spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated suites—it felt so homey and comfortable after long days of exploring. The bed was so comfy, and we had great night's sleep every night. A really thoughtful touch was that they serve breakfast until late afternoon, which is perfect if you want to sleep in! Location-wise, it is really convenient—many attractions are only 10 to 15 minutes away by Uber, and we felt safe walking around during the day. There are also plenty of good restaurants and jazz spots nearby. The staff were wonderfully warm, friendly, and super helpful with local recommendations, and it was great knowing someone was on duty throughout the night. Highly, highly recommended—we would happily stay here again if we return to Cape Town!

Honestly, we loved everything about the stay, but if we had to offer one small piece of feedback, a bit brighter lighting in the suite at night would’ve been nice

Beautiful suites and superior service
