Benvenuti nella comunità di Broad Marsh situata nel cuore di Ocean City, MD. Questo due livello, 1.500 piedi quadrati di condominio di gruppo ha 3 camere da letto e 2 1/2 bagni comodamente ospitare fino a 7 persone. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, una cabina armadio e un elegante bagno con doccia stand-alone e una vasca di grandi dimensioni. Goditi il caffè del mattino sul balcone principale. La seconda camera da letto offre un letto matrimoniale, cabina armadio e una splendida vista sulla baia. La terza camera ha un letto a castello, un letto matrimoniale e una cabina armadio, perfetta per i bambini! L'unità dispone inoltre di 3 TV a schermo piatto con HBO, connessione internet gratuita e una cucina completamente attrezzata. L'unico garage per auto più il parcheggio aggiuntivo è perfetto per la famiglia di più auto. Parcheggia la macchina e metti via le chiavi! Numerosi ristoranti (tra cui il nuovo Town Centre Midtown Boardwalk), mini golf, bowling, gelaterie, noleggio barche e, naturalmente, la spiaggia fanno una vacanza senza guida. C'è anche un passaggio pedonale con un semaforo all'angolo della 70th Street per l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Broad Marsh è a solo 1 1/2 isolati dalla spiaggia!

Nice property. Easy check in and clean. A lot of noises neighbors. Also while clean the carpets look old. The stair banister is coming loose. And linen service gave us the wrong fitted sheet for the king bed. These are minor inconveniences and the property is nice, easy access location and own parking spot.

The property is perfect for families. It's within walking distance to the beach and next to many places to eat, even ice cream is right next door. 3 bedrooms with a private master bath was perfect. The half bath on the main floor was wonderful for those entry potty breaks for the younger kids. The check in and out was the easiest process I have ever had. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo unit was quite nice. The location is absolutely perfect, plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Easy to catch the bus daily. Definitely recommend this unit and would stay again

This was our first trip to Ocean City and I am very glad that we stayed at the opposite end of the beach. The boardwalk end of the beach seems much more hectic. Location of property is very good. Plenty of restaurants, close to beach, shopping etc... Now the bad news. The property needs a DEEP CLEANING. As the previous review stated, the carpets are absolutely disgusting and likely need to be replaced. I would not walk on them barefoot. The toilets were questionable with visible mold inside. It is listed as a "Luxury" 3 bedroom...it is actually not that. It has the potential to be. The neighborhood is nice and well kept. There is a pool on site but the owner of this property chose not to pay for the rights to use. That's too bad because it would be nice to have access on a day where you don't want to head to the beach but still want to get wet. Shoreline is easy to work with. I did not complain to them about the cleanliness because I didn't think it would help. I cannot recommend this property.
