We spent a long weekend in this home with some friends. We all had plenty of space to spread out. The house has been renovated and is very well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the living spaces are cozy. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the property owner was very responsive.

Awesome place. Close enough to downtown to make for easy trips to/from dinner. Also just far enough away to shave off a little time for several distillery tours we did. Home was absolutely perfect for the 4 of us, exceptional/intuitive security system, squeaky clean, simple parking, great outside area. Great fit for us

This property is stunning!! Duplex with easy access to both levels, all the amenities and super freaking clean!! Close to the campus of Louisville, within 15 min drive of downtown and some awesome neighborhoods!! Had a couple of questions that were answered immediately and they even purchased a pack n play for my niece to sleep in. Property says it’s not child proof but the downstairs level was perfect for a 18 month old to have room to play.

Great place to stay if you need to do an event at the University or visit downtown Louisville. But a great homebase to go any direction you need to go for the bourbon trail. The host could not have been easier to work with. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and the house has everything.

This property was clean and nicely appointed. We were a group of 8 adults and the house worked great for our group. Close to all Louisville attractions.

The place was fairly nice and clean except for mold on one of the shower curtains. It was stocked with the amenities that were listed and nice to have both a coffee pot and keurig. If you are going to Churchhill Downs it’s definitely the place to stay otherwise it’s not in a great location for exploring Louisville unless you are driving. Our party was hoping to walk for dinner and night life but there wasn’t anything close which I was told when I had inquired prior to booking. That being said we persevered and ended up driving and ubering for the four days. All in all it ended up being a very nice time!

I really enjoyed my stay! We had 9 adults and 2 children! A lot of space and perfect for families or big groups!

Overall a great layout, easy parking and check in process. The location leaves a little to be desired if you aren't specifically going for Churchill Downs. Overall property was clean and well stocked with linens, soap, and coffee which was appreciated!

We recently stayed at this property for a bourbon trail trip and it was perfect. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was close to Churchill Downs and just a short drive to downtown, making it an ideal base for exploring Louisville. The host was very responsive and was even kind enough to mail us an item we left behind. We highly recommend this property!

Our group of 8 stayed at this lovely location. The house was very clean and all the amenities were described as listed. The house was located within 5 minutes of Churchill Downs. The check in and out process was very easy and my correspondence with the owner was very easy. We weren't very far from downtown and restaurants. Thank you for opening your home to us.

We stayed at this house for a club volleyball weekend with our daughters and another family. It was a close drive to the Expo center and the Louisville baseball field where we were able to catch a game. My favorite experience was seeing the Churchhill Downs lights early in the morning from the top deck of the house. We were so close that we could smell the morning hay that was being fed to the horses. Very cool!! Thank you Buff and Mary!!

Very clean place with a nice outdoor seating area. Our group of 8 enjoyed horse racing and the bourbon trail during the day and enjoyed hanging out on the deck at night. Thanks for letting us stay!

The house is beautiful! Didn’t explore the neighborhood much, but we had no problems! If there were races you couldn’t see, but I’m sure you could hear it all!! So close to the track!!There was wonderful communication from the host and great suggestions for fun! We agree we would stay there again!!!

Beautiful Louisville Home
It was a wonderful clean,quite home!! Beautifully decorated and had every need. The only issue we had was the WiFi but was not a huge issue for us. We could have messaged the owner, we did not as we were not in the house that long. Owner was very quick to respond back when making the reservation and was helpful.

Nice Stay, Perfect Hospitality
The property was in good condition, clean, and comfortable.
We had both floors, and it was big enough to host 3 couples upstairs OR down.
Buff communicated everything promptly and we had a flawless stay.
Full disclosure, this property is the best one amongst the neighboring properties. But it was conveniently located, especially if you're going for the Derby or any other Churchill Downs activities.

Beautiful updated home fora large group
We had a great stay at this location. Plenty of room for six people. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. The host was amazing at responding whenever we had a question.
The reason for the four stars instead of five is because the homes surrounding the property were unkept, and we felt the neighborhood was a little questionable.

Great house and great decor. Everything was exactly where it was said to be per the description. We definitely appreciated the back porch and enclosed look :)
This would be an awesome location if going to the Derby! Please take Buff’s recommendations as to where to eat and places to check out.

This is a great home if your have multiple groups/families all staying together, as it's almost two houses in one. This was perfect for us as we had some aspects of our trip that we wanted to do all together and some where it was nice to have private space. The home has been beautifully remodeled and the finishes were expertly selected. Beds were comfortable and they provided excellent amenities that made us feel right at home. Buff and Mary were quick to respond with any issues that we brought to their attention and made our stay enjoyable. By far the nicest home in the neighborhood!

Everyone loved the nicely renovated house. Having both floors allowed for plenty of room for our group of 3 couples. (You can rent the floors individually.) The amenities were plentiful, bathrooms had everything you needed and the kitchens were well stocked with all the things you would need to cook. The host even provided some snacks, which helped the couple who flew into Louisville and hadn't gone to the store yet. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms meant no couple had to share, privacy was very nice. The location was convenient to many of the area's nice restaurants and Louisville's "things to do". It was really cool to see the backside of Churchill Downs, where the stables and Jockey's quarters are. Wish there had been a race coming up to have actually been able to see the hustle and bustle of the place. We plan on coming back in a few years, if the place is still available, and look forward to seeing the neighborhood become the "place to be" for just doing the Bourbon trail (like our group did) or to be close to the races.
