Casa con 3 camere da letto recentemente rinnovata con cucina completamente attrezzata fuori 6A nel porto di Yarmouth. 10 minuti dalle spiagge di Mayflower, Corporation e Bayview a Dennis, 6 minuti dalla spiaggia di Gray nel porto di Yarmouth. A pochi passi da Mill Pond per kayak o paddle-boarding. A pochi minuti da negozi, Cape Cod Rail Trail e campi da golf Dennis Pines e Dennis Highlands. Cortile con terrazza e barbecue.

Overall, this was a clean and well appointed property. It’s set in a suburban neighborhood right off of 6A. The neighborhood is quiet for walks but not easily accessible to scenic views or paths. Location made it easy to get to many points on the cape. Most locations were about 30 minutes. Market and pharmacy are nearby for shopping and getting those basics you may have forgotten.Beds were comfortable. Temperatures were im the 70’s so we didn’t need the air conditioning but heat was rising when we left. Was nice to know we had the option for A/C. As noted by the host, watching a movie on Netflix or Amazon was a challenge. We used the beach supplies and would recommend Grays beach for a unique beach experience.Description stated ironing board. We were able to find the iron but not a board. There was a pad but again, no board. We were attending a wedding and needed to iron men’s shirts so this set up was not ideal. I messaged the host and received a very delayed response.

We had a wonderful stay at Janet’s home! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed and is in a fantastic central location, with quick access to Dennis beaches, shops, and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms more spacious than they appeared in the photos. The home was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking, serving, and cleaning essentials.Having two full bathrooms and in-unit laundry was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated that sheets, extra blankets, and pillows were all provided. We also enjoyed having access to the garage for bike storage, along with the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler — such thoughtful touches! We even discovered that the couch is a pullout, which added extra flexibility.The neighborhood was peaceful and well-kept, and the individual air conditioning units in each room made for a comfortable stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Janet’s home. Thank you for hosting us!
