Very nice and relaxing place to HV a family wkend. The property was very clean and safe. Not far from downtown... enjoyed Comfort one afternoon and the next day to Fredericksburg. The perfect wkend!

This area is absolutely beautiful. As we drove in at 3 in the morning, a large number of deer ran across the property and it was absolutely magical. It overlooks Texas hill country and a short walk down the hill at the property takes you to the Guadalupe. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I can’t wait to come back!

It was such a cute little place to stay at. Very secluded which we loved! We will definitely be staying here again!

My little family (2 adults, a 4-year-old and a dog) had a wonderful time at our cabin! We loved walking to the river daily for the views and exploration, and then being able to splash and have fun in the pool. The cabin was very comfortable - I was impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the cabins, especially after experiencing some older run-down cabins on other vacations.
Please note that there is no TV, which was a plus for our family. We were able to spend lots of quality time together outdoors, as well as playing cards, board games, coloring, etc. indoors. If you plan to cook, I recommend bringing most of what you need - there are basic pots and pans and a couple cooking utensils. We were able to make due with that and some extra items brought from home.
My son already wants to go back. We would definitely go again and seems like it could also be a great place for a larger family trip or even family reunion if the main house is available.
