Firstly, the location is perfect for a show at the O2 forum Kentish town. It's less than 2 minutes walk away. Both the hosts (Valeria & John) are lovely and friendly. Easy to arrange pick up/drop off of keys. John talked us through the flat and any quirks such as the toilet flush (which was broken but working, so fine for us!). Very clean flat, nice firm bed and comfortable sofa. Traffic noise was easily shut out by the windows. Honestly, so happy with our stay! Also very close to the tube station, do access to all over London very easily!
There were a few details that were a little rough. For example, the toilet was mid-fix but working, the stairs to the flat were waterlogged, the shower controls were a screw. But as a whole, great value for the price. If you are a larger person, you may struggle to fit in the shower.

The property was clean and in a good location over the road from the bus stop and underground station-the facilities were very good
The shower was difficult to access as it was placed on blocks about 8 inches above ground and I have mobility problems

- A bit difficult to access (steep stairs)
- Some noise and smoke smell from the upper floor
