Very good value for money. Good location close to ferry buiding (10ms walk), very functional.
Host communication was very formal and unresponsive. Difficult payment method. Host did respond to my inquiry to stay a little bit longer not wth an answer but a to-do-list. Like everywhere in French Polynesia there are roosters and dogs on the streets surrounding the building. Although the apartment itseld was good, the entire surrounding was a little bit shabby.

La piscine à l'étage est un plus, avec une belle vue sur la ville.
Pour les personnes ayant les oreilles sensibles, l'isolation n'est pas parfaite, et le bruit de la rue peut se faire entendre, même au 5ème étage. Autrement, rien de particulier à signaler.

Loved the apartment, views that looked out to the island of Moorea. Saw planes flying in to the airport and saw ships coming and going into the port. Overall it was outstanding.

Small apartment which had everything we needed. It has a free underground parking and is on a good location. Pool on the roof was a nice bonus.

We loved everything... From the owner to the apartment itself, with all comfort and very well located. We recommend it to everyone. We were going to a cruise after our stay and we left something behind, so the owner made sure we could get it back before really sailing away, making the delivery right at the pier. We were very grateful and moved by her kindness and gesture.

This is super convenient and we'll priced accommodation in an expensive city. Walking distance to town, ferries and supermarket, it is a studio apartment, economical with space, but totally adequate with lovely bathroom and separate toilet. The generous balcony acts as dining room and place to air/dry clothes. The rooftop pool is great. The bed is very comfortable and overall security excellent. I rate this place highly and will return again at the end of our holiday.

This is a perfect spot for a stay in Papeete! The kitchen allows you to cook your own meals, and there is a great supermarket about two blocks down the street. It is also an easy walk into downtown. There were many thoughtful touches in the apartment that made my stay extra comfortable. The balcony has amazing views of the city and Moorea in the distance! This was an awesome place to stay in to get more of a local or real feel for life in Tahiti.

The air conditioning worked well to cool the apartment after we arrived. Sonia, taxi driver helped us get into the building as she was at the airport to get our friends who were staying in the same building.
The lock to the room was very difficult to open the door. We spent more than 5 minutes opening the two locks. We needed updated information given to be able to use the swimming pool. Other guest were helpful with that information.

The condo is in walking distance from shops and the waterfront. A large supermarket was also nearby. There's a parking garage under the building. The owner was extremely helpful with our questions, he gave us plenty of ideas for hiking options on the island. He was great. The condo is very small, but we knew that going in. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and the balcony was great for hanging out.
This is not a "didn't like" but rather a suggestion...we could have used a few more towels. It's nice to have washcloths and a couple hand towels. The owner provided bath towels for showering and large beach towels for the pool upstairs. There were also kitchen towels, so not like there weren't enough or anything. Like I said, just a suggestion.
