Our beautiful apartment is located a few meters from the Ponte Vecchio. Equipped with a lift, air conditioning in every room, 2 large bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms complete the Apartment, eat-in kitchen, dining room and large living room with a view of the monuments, the Dome of the Cathedral, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Giotto's Bell Tower, Uffizi. Equipped with a 65'' SMART TV, FREE NETFLIX. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, cappuccino, toaster, microwave and conventional oven, kettle and much more. The building, rebuilt at the end of World War II on the banks of the Arno River, allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire monumental city from the living room on the 5th floor. From the windows and the balcony overlooking the Arno you can admire the sunsets over the river and all the main monuments including the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, the Brunelleschi's Dome with Giotto's Bell Tower…. We had an amazing time in Florence! We arrived from Rome with all our bags, and the Alina was very accommodating in letting us drop the bags off while they finished cleaning the apartment. When we returned it was spotless! I can't say enough about the views! Such a beautiful way to wake up in the morning! The apartment had everything we needed, and when we arrived Alina had stocked the refrigerator with water bottles and a bottle of prosecco for us! As well as a little basket of snacks and disposable slippers - such a nice choice, and the only place on our trip that had so many sweet details! It was also the place where we washed clothes, since the washer and dryer are located within the unit - super helpful. Alina was wonderful and responsive, and helped arrange taxi transportation for us to the train station on our way out - she felt more like a concierge! The apartment is on the other side of the Ponte Vecchio, which was nice because it felt a little more local. There is a convenience store right across the street for groceries, and many restaurants, coffee shops, and shops lining the streets. It is also a short walk to the train station - very important to us. Keep in mind it's on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator. We are a bunch of claustrophobes so we skipped the elevator and earned our meals. We loved the apartment and highly recommend!
