Very friendly, very helpful proprietor
Many steps a little difficult for elderly friend, but lift minimised difficulty

Outdoor entrance was enchanting, much like Sapa itself. The room was spacious and the facilities were working as intended.
Our point of contact was available for our enquiries and was helpful in small requests like storing our luggage outside of check in time.
It would've been better to have been greeted by someone on first visit. Managed to check in with our contact relaying us the directions.
It was raining a few hours prior to check-in, and a bit of water was flowing out the bathroom when we checked in.
A lot of stairs to climb up, would be difficult for eldery/disabled.

The location was in central Sapa, next to the lake. Ideal. Be aware that there are 71 steps to climb to get to the hotel. The room offers either hot or cold air, which us great for an AC remote, it was very cold when we were here. The beds were comfortable, we did ask for an extra pillow. For location and price, it is fine. Breakfast is coffee and fried eggs with a baguette.
The steps were hard going with heavy cases!
