Lake Burton Waterfront
Goditi la vista "Million Dollar" a Paradise Point, la nostra casa si trova alla fine di Perrin Cove sul sito del Perrin Rod and Gun Club. Abbiamo oltre due ettari in una zona molto appartata al largo della vecchia North Perrin Cove Road ora chiamata Fulton Rd. Abbiamo completamente rinnovato giù per le borchie la vecchia cabina e aggiunto una bella aggiunta di fronte al lago, quindi ogni vista è una vista sul lago. La cabina dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Il nostro layout unico ha due maestri che si affacciano sul lago con porte francesi che si aprono sulla veranda protetta, dove si può godere il lago e quella prima tazza di caffè del mattino. La camera dei bambini ha sei letti a castello incorporati personalizzati con un sacco di spazio per i più piccoli. Abbiamo aggiunto docce in vetro personalizzate e piastrelle da parete a parete con ripiani in granito in entrambi i bagni. La cucina a vista ha tutto il necessario per cucinare, intrattenere e riunire tutti con la vista del bellissimo Lago Burton. La camera familiare offre molti posti a sedere per guardare la partita o per godersi un film incentrato su un grande camino in pietra. Il portico schermato corre lungo tutta la casa ed è il posto perfetto per sedersi e rilassarsi per guardare i bambini che salta giù dal molo o giocare intorno alla proprietà. La cabina aumenta anche un ponte aperto con una griglia a gas per hamburger e bistecche o forse per quella presa fresca. La sera sedetevi intorno a un fuoco scoppiettante nel nostro focolare e godetevi semplicemente di essere fuori e la vista del lago. Porta la tua barca e tutti i tuoi giochi d'acqua e goditi tutto ciò che il Lago Burton ha da offrire.

We love this lakehouse so much! It is a quiet little cove on Lake Burton. We fished off the dock and saw lots of wild life around. I loved sitting on the dock in the morning and listening to the birds and watching an otter playing in the water. My family put the fire pit to good use several nights, sharing stories and s'mores. The owners couldn't be nicer. Hope to be back again.

What a wonderful stay! There were 4 of us all over 60 who have been in our own health conscious pod since Covid began... so first, we really appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin. Second, we really appreciated the property with its gentle slope to the water. There seem to be a lot of properties around beautiful Lake Burton with LOTS of stairs involved, so this was great not to have that. We had our two old dogs with us who appreciated that too! Even with the back stairs off the house, one could always us the front entrance to walk to the back with no stairs involved. There were so many sitting areas to have to yourself. From the huge screened porch to the covered back porch to the living room to the fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs around it facing lake, to the dock in the lake with 2Adirondack chairs and benches. Not to mention the two lake facing bedrooms. We used them all, and was wonderful to have To spread out during the day. The kitchen was very well appointed. We brought all our food, but Clayton was very close by and a pretty little drive two different ways. Pantry was huge. Kitchen was large, and lots of counter space to prep food, ...put all our things. Gas grill was great to use! Every night before it got dark, we’d turn the string of lights on hung around the back of house, Build a bonfire, and have drinks around the fire pit and look out at the beautiful lake. Was a wonderful getaway from the world in a very special place. The cottage was beautifully decorated with lots Of thoughtful touches from candles to throw blankets to the chopped wood. All of the porch and deck and outside furniture was sturdy, high end and comfortable. It was truly a hidden gem.
