Questo cottage monolocale con 1 camera da letto, può ospitare fino a 2 persone con un divano-letto. Perfetto piccolo rifugio! Questo cottage sulla spiaggia ha vista sull'acqua e accesso privato alla spiaggia e una terrazza! Cucina completa, bagni completi. La spiaggia è privata, solo per te! Viene anche con kayak. Inoltre viene fornito con un barbecue, lenzuola e asciugamani Tutto! Porta solo del cibo! Si trova in una posizione perfetta vicino ai vigneti e agli stand della fattoria, Tanger Outlet Mall, Atlantis Marine World e Long Island Skydive. C'è anche un vicino centro termale perfetto per massaggi o trattamenti per il viso. È solo 1 1/2 ore di distanza da New York e 15 minuti dall'aeroporto ISP. Si tratta di una spiaggia meravigliosa in generale.

Sulla stessa striscia di spiaggia abbiamo circa altre dodici case al mare che affittiamo, quindi se venite con la famiglia per un matrimonio ecc. E state cercando posti multipli questo è il posto giusto dove cercare.
Abbiamo anche un servizio per le visite ai vigneti. C'è posto a sedere informale per 10 e fuori, C'è anche Internet wireless, TV via cavo, giochi, libri, biancheria da bagno, tutto per voi e un ristorante a 5 stelle chiamato Laplage direttamente dall'altra parte della strada da voi anche pizza, gastronomia, negozio di liquori e tutti consegnano.
Facci sapere se hai bisogno di un'altra casa per amici e parenti; abbiamo diverse altre case su questo tratto di spiaggia.

This is a nicely furnished studio at the top of a driveway between two properties. It is NOT on the waterfront but across the street from another vacation home that faces the L.I. sound. The only outdoor space is the tiny patio, as shown in the ad. The view of the water was blocked by parked cars in the opposite driveway. It is up a hill from the village beach and parking lot, about a 2 minute walk. This beach is covered with rocks that extend into the water, (sometimes full of seaweed) so beach walks aren't feasible. The best feature is the sunsets, but to view them one has to walk down the hill to access the beach area. The nearest shopping, including supermarket, CVS, pizza and diner, is 2 miles away. The closest movie theatre is in Port Jefferson, the Tanger mall is in Riverhead, both about 14 miles away. The property is reasonably clean; the owner helpful but not always available. I would not recommend this property unless you enjoy sitting on a rocky beach and/or using a kayak-the most popular activity. There is a lavendar farm en route to Riverhead which is worth a visit.
