Great location and amazing, very well equipped, and comfortable apartment. We would definitely stay again

Didn’t worry us but, if booking ,you might want to consider it is up several flights of stairs

Very nice room. Great central location. Allowed us an early check in. Lewes is a lovely place. Plenty of lovely cafes, i would highly recommend Trading post cafe for a beautiful breakfast and Bills resturant for a tasty evening meal.

Problems with volume on both tv remote. Proprieter seemed to set it to a very low volume. When we obviously couldn't hear it properly , she reset it to a higher volume. But it still meant we couldn't use the volume buttons. Very strange. The Proprieter lived below our room so we guessed she wanted control over the volume. But she told us the remotes must be broken and she could order us new remotes but they wouldnt arrive until the day we were leaving . We dont like being taken as fools ! Also numerous steep flights of stairs to get to our room. Also she stated she would leave some welcoming bits on our arrival which we assumed would be maybe a small loaf or small pint of milk, but nothing was there.
