Roomy. Had the things we needed in general once we figured out where they were at. We would have liked more towels and washcloths.
The balcony was dirty with rat droppings. The parking did not work.

The loft check-in/check-out process was simple and direct. The loft is in a convenient walking location, and felt private and safe. It was spacious for a group of 5, had a functional kitchen, clean bathrooms and rooms, and included a washer/dryer. We were happy with our stay and enjoyed the space.
Street parking is difficult. The loft offered parking at a lot close by during check in at a better rate than general lot accessibility, but was not disclosed earlier. Limited flexibility for early check-in, late check-out.
Beds were a bit hard but overall comfortable enough.

High ceiling
Rooms small with second room have no shelves or hanging facilities.
Outside area is full of vagrant and homeless people making you feel uneasy

the apartment is spacious and has fully-functional kitchen. The location is pretty good as well with many coffee shops and restaurants surrounding.
The cleaning service is not good. It took them to 4:30 or more to clean up my apartment. Eventhough, it is not clean. The floor is still wet and quite dirty.
