This is the third time we have stayed at Harbor View and the first time at this condo so we have a comparison to base our stay.
The place needs a deep cleaning and freshened paint. The cracked tile in the kitchen by the trashcan should be replaced to avoid injuring a bare foot. The kitchen is not well stocked for cooking in. We had to buy a hand mixer to make mashed potato’s and the coffee maker is missing a piece that lets the water flow into the decanter. We had to prop a utensil between the decanter and the filter housing each time we made coffee.
Other reviewers highlighted the sparse accommodations in the living area. It is a small tv snd having three remotes to sift through was odd. The couch and love seat are cloth and have the smell of dog.
The master bath toilet wobbles and the shower vent does not work.
Those things being said, we went with the flow and made things work for the week (we did leave a night early because the room above us must have been flipping furniture all night on Thursday and well into the day on Friday).
The management group was responsive on checkin. We did not contact them about any of the issues above as we cleaned things ourselves and made do.
Oh.. there wasn’t a blanket in the master bedroom. Just the sheets and bedspread. We brought our own blankets in to sleep.
While we would stay at Harbor View again, we would not stay in this condo unless some TLC was taken to improve it.

Very close to the beach, a very nice area of clearwater. Was some construction going on near us but noise was not a factor. Clean, spacious, and a good location. Check in was easy. Very good place.

Unit was as advertised, roomy and bright. Place was mostly clean and well organized. Furniture really needs updating, couch not very comfortable, no recliners, no ottoman to kick up feet at night for a relaxing evening in. Dinning table and chairs have seen better days. Kitchen is not stocked with essentials, no spices, salt or pepper, be sure to bring your own or purchase in advance. Would love to have a larger TV in the main living area as well, undersized for the area for sure. Beds were comfortable and plenty of them. Views from the balcony were great as well. Enjoyed our stay overall.

The property is in an amazing location, just a short walk from the beach, Pier 60 etc.
The Condo itself was spacious, with amazing views, and a good sized balcony to enjoy the view.
We were disappointed with the cleanliness, it was awful! The floors made all our feet black, to the point that we couldn’t be bare foot. The table top looked like it had been cleaned with the same dirty mop that has been used on the floor! The counter tops in the kitchen made my anti bac wipes black, when I wiped them down.
This was very disappointing, when we had paid a cleaning charge!!!!
Further to this, the coffee machine was filthy, my husband had to thoroughly clean it before we could use it. The ice machine on the fridge didn’t work, lots of the crockery had cracks and chips. The doors in the property were all dirty with black marks. The skirting boards look like they’ve not been wiped in a long time!
There was only seating for 4 on the balcony, despite the fact that the condo can accommodate up to 8.
In general the condo could do with some updating, and definitely a lick of paint, and some new cleaners!

Our condo was very clean and perfect for what we wanted.
Unfortunately, the A/C was not working properly and we had to call 3x for maintenance.
ITrip was WONDERFUL and had someone out there each time within 2 hours. They were so gracious and helpful and wanted to make our stay comfortable - I felt bad, it wasn't there fault the AC was going out of the unit we rented.
I would HIGHLY recommend ITrip / VRBO because of the service.

Condo was great and close to beach. Closet had a lot of beach supplies, umbrellas, beach cart, fishing poles. Only thing this place needs is an update on the washer/dryer, tv’s, and fridge.
Dryer had a hard time drying clothes. TV need to be Netflix, and Disney+ available

Property was well appointed, very roomy(huge master suite) walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Balcony was awesome!!

We came to stay with our family for a week. We had 2 young children with us. The condo was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Even had some beach toys and chairs which was great since we flew in and didn't have our own. The location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. There is a mini golf course right down the street too! The cherry on top was the beautiful views each day and getting to see some dolphins right from the balcony. It was the perfect trip and we can't wait to return!

Very nice property, our rental needed some upgrades. New appliance are needed. The dryer took forever. Another chair or two in the tv area would have been nice. Additional furniture on the balcony. The floor was so dirty, my wife mopped the entire condo, had to empty the bucket 3 times due to the water. What did I pay a cleaning fee for? I did notify building services, they said they would send the cleaning staff back, but my wife said not to bother it was already done.

Great location, roomy condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were able to see dolphins from our balcony and it was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants.
I’m only giving it 4 stars because the condo could use a little updating. The towels were old and threadbare. The linens were also in need of replacing, the tv was tiny and not a smart tv and the balcony had a second table with no chairs. Lighting was dim in the bedrooms and the ice maker also didn’t work.
These are inexpensive easy fixes. I hope the owner appreciates constructive criticism. There are a lot of positives and with a little tlc this place could be a 5.

The property is good overall. A little more attention to cleaning and maybe a bit of touch-up paint would make it great. I contacted the maintenance group a few times. The response was quick and polite. I will be going back again!

The condo was in a perfect location and the water views were great. The accomodations were well equipped with what we needed. When we came home one day the front door was open and it sort of scared us. Nothing was missing and it only happened the one time. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

We love Harborview Grande condos. This is our third stay and we love the area. We saw dolphins everyday in the marina. The condo was in close proximity for walking to the pier or local shops.
The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our time out on the deck watching the marina. The only complaint is you had to run the dishwasher twice to clean and the dryer twice to get everything completely dry. Other than those two things, the visit was great.

Dnot think it had been mopped in awhile and doors are very dirty. Other than that it was a very nice condo and location

Great location, very clean property, could use some ammentie updates (L/R TV, Dryer). Watch the dolphins feast from your balcony every night. Comfortable, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and the beach. Make sure to check out the Bait House for lunch.
