Due box auto; cortile recintato di facile manutenzione con patio coperto!
Hai accesso a tutta la casa ad eccezione del garage.

Good location, good value but..,
The only problem was a ceiling leak from the upstairs master shower to the kitchen table below. This happened to be where I set up my work space. No damage was done to my equipment but it’s not something I anticipated in a rental.

The good; it was quiet, location was good, pictures were accurate. The bad; a bit worn and furnishings could have been better but that being said, the photos did reflect this. The place generally shows it’s wear. It served its purpose for a quick trip into Houston however.

I had a excellent experience working with Johnny. Everything with smooth, from the booking and the checking in process. He was readily available for any questions I had before the stay and he even let us do an early check-in the day of. Amazing stay. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property in September 2021 and it was perfectly located near my daughters wedding venue. The home looked exactly like the pics and was spacious and very nice. Parking is a bit tight on the streets, but overall not an issue. The owner was very responsive and communicated immediately each time I reached out to him.

We were looking for a rental home large enough for six adults and close to a family member that lives in Houston. This house was perfect. The check in process was super easy. Johnny answered all questions in a timely manner. The house was very clean. This home was very posh at one time. The furnishings have suffered a bit which is customary with a rental property. But that did not bother us one bit. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for all to shower. The WiFi was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The neighborhood is great, close to so much but still quiet. The host was very responsive and made the process very easy. The house was spacious and met our needs, but does have definite rental house vibes. Overall, great to use as a home base for a visit to a cool part of Houston.

Family time
Staying at the house was great. Big open space. Master bedroom was amazing the closet oh my. The sauna in the other bedroom awesome. Living room & kitchen great space to enjoy time with the family. When I need a house again in Houston. Johnny will be the first person I contact.

This property was very lovely. Nice and spacious and in a very great location, accessible to several stores and restaurants.

Birthday party
Property was nice but don’t stay there if you plan to fix any meals unless you bring your own pots and pans. Also, if you do use any dishes it will be hard to wash without dishwasher soap.

The house is in a great location but it wasn’t a comfortable stay at all. For starters, the master bedroom bed is broken as well as the room that has the sauna in it which the owner came to “fix.” ONE bedroom has a TV. No channels. The rug in the master bathroom is FILTHY. The buttons on the oven are missing so it’s almost to impossible to use, the grill & fridge were dirtyas well & the ice machine doesn’t work. To top it off there were roaches inside the property & we were told it’s NORMAL for Texas. It was honestly a disappointing stay.

For starters, the master bedroom bed is broken as well as the room that has the sauna in it which the owner came to “fix.” ONE bedroom has a TV. No channels. The rug in the master bathroom is FILTHY. We were with 2 families in the house. In the week where there was a once in a generation cold storm in Texas. The house was all good very reliable, we did not lose electricity or internet or heat. Where in the news millions of other were less fortunate. House is nice and big. Really liked the open area upstairs for the kids to play. Enjoyed the sauna as well. Nice driveway fitting 2 cars. Location is perfect central located in Houston. The only minor suggestion is some of the kitchen equipment like the pans might need to be replaced. Would definitely come back again :)

Finding just the right place
the home is decorated very nicely and it has all the room 8 to 10 people would need.Lots of sitting areas for breakfast or for relaxing.Very convenient to a lot of places.Very pleased !!!

Enjoy our stay
A beautiful house. I love the interior, the decor and the staircase. Spacious. We only stayed for 2 days so it was adequate for what we needed. There are minor details that could make it better such as a hairdryer, and other amenities.

Nice stay/Beautiful House
The house is very beautiful and spacious. I didn't like the sleeping situation. The ad said that the house could sleep 16 people. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 sofas that didn't pull out to make beds. I had 12 people with me and eight of them were couples. But, overall the house was great.

Enjoyed our stay!
My group and I truly enjoyed staying in this home, it is very close to the center of Houston and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The home is beautiful, clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Great house, lots of room. Not really set up with amenities you might expect for a stay (e.g. no coffee maker, coffee cups) but Johnny was really responsive and dropped one off the next day. Nice neighborhood. Large Kroger 2 minutes away and easy access to downtown. Hard to find a place with 4 bedrooms that is reasonable so this was a great choice.

Johnny was a really great host. He was responsive, took care of any issues quickly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. The house was very spacious and in a convenient location in the heights. Thanks!
