CANALFRONT Avon- S. Albacore Ln. Crogiolarsi nell'infinitamente degli splendidi tramonti dai ponti di questa casa dai colori vivaci. Con deposito sotto la casa per attrezzi per sport acquatici e accesso diretto al suono dalla proprietà, questa è la casa ideale per gli appassionati di sport acquatici! Ci sono due kayak a casa da usare anche tu. Risciacquare nella doccia all'aperto e lanciare alcuni hamburger sulla griglia a carbone dopo una giornata sul Pamlico Sound. Disimballare in una delle tre camere da letto al primo livello della casa con comoda lavanderia nelle vicinanze. L'invitante vasca idromassaggio si trova sul ponte coperto di primo livello, con ovviamente una splendida vista sull'acqua. We have stayed here before and love the house, the views, the neighborhood, the village. The upgrades: decking, countertops and backsplash and flooring all look great! However, do not book on VRBO due to a lower price as you will be charged more than the price listed. Our confirmation showed a ceratain amount for the week. We were charged more than that by Surf or Sound and a fee from VRBO. We spent weeks trying to correct this and received some long explanation regarding pet fee, which was included supposedly in the VRBO confirmation. Save yourself the time, money and stress by not booking on VRBO as you will be redirected to Surf & Sound and at their leisure to charge whatever they want + the VRBO fee.

We loved this property…nice open upstairs family room/kitchen floor plan with bedrooms on first level made summer sleep temps nice and cool. New deck was pivotal for morning coffee and evening cocktails, and hot tubbing after a day on the water wasn’t so bad either. My boys were stoked by the backyard kayak access AND our close proximity to multiple ice cream establishments. Thank you for a wonderful OBX week!

Very welcoming and very peaceful home and setting. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings…even on rainy days! Loved the open feeling inside and out! Hot tub with a view too! Would DEFINITELY book here again.

Great property with great views
Stay and house was great. Loved the view, right on the sound, and location was really nice. Avon was quiet and not over crowded.
Hot tub was a little finicky - was way too hot and took a couple days to get it to the right temperature. The dial didn’t seem to be very accurate. Floors were also a little dirty when we got there. Walking around with bare feet, our feet got very dirty.
All in all, great house and had a great time.

Wonderful view
We loved our stay. Plenty of room throughout the house and the home had a great beach feel to it. The view alone was worth the stay.

Perfect location
Loved the location, central to everything in Avon. House was as described. Plenty of room for the family. Loved the space below the house that gave the kids a covered place to play in the sand.
