The host is fantastic, very welcoming and supportive. The property and grounds are beautiful and well kept. The beds were comfy and kitchen very well stocked.

The location is superb for its proximity to the beaches at Skaloma, Monastiraki and Chiliadou; it is also very close to Nafpaktos and the picturesque island of Troizonia
The pool is not in good shape for the second year in a row, albeit refurbished in May 23’. The lining has cracked in multiple spots, probably a failure in application of the lining to begin with. Also the a/c units could use an upgrade as they are too noisy for residential applications

The house, the location, the swimming pool.
Everyone was very polite and friendly. The house was fully equipped!
The second bedroom of our villa (I think it was the smallest of the four) was extremely small. You could barely walk around the bed and there was no closet in the room. If we were a company of four adults it would be very difficult to manage.

beyond expectations. Fully equipped even mosquito repellents in place. Excellent for family stay with everything needed for cooking.

Sea view was spectacular.

minor things: pool paint was on our swimwear, and no “welcome” water at the fridge; other than that. o issues

Nice view, A/C in every room.
Many thanks to the Lady who tried her best even if she doesn't speak english.
House is overall ok (don't expect a water bottle in the fridge or any special attention though) but needs a refreshing to look like published pictures.
Parking was very tricky, even for our small car.
Check in/out by phone with the owner in english but without explaination (<1min call)
welcome speech was the bare minimum with a non english speaking (but very nice) person, so we had to find out how to use house appliances as there were no instructions anywhere.
The blue paint from the pool comes off and sticks to your skin and nails! It's hard to remove and not healthy at all.

The villa was so lovely, we stayed on our honeymoon and it was so quiet and relaxed. The pool was a good size and was cleaned regularly.

Location and view. Lovely terrace. Spacious comfortable living area.
Bathroom small. Main double bed uncomfortable, needed to put thick blanket on top of mattress. Fly screens missing in some rooms. Not cleaned all week or rubbish removed. (The next villa we stayed in was cleaned every other day with fresh towels and sheets) wifi very slow 1Mbs. (Mobile data in area was 70 Mbs) Parking problematic with little room for manoeuvre.

The character of the interior, the magical location, the very friendly keeper and attentive owners, the beautiful blue lake beach but especially the charming nearby Nafpaktos

We like the the countryside quite location, the view from the balcony and pool. The quietest holiday I ever had.
