Lage und freundliches Personal

Sehr laute (chinesische) Gäste, die sehr arrogant zum Personal waren!

Das Personal war super lieb. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool und das war einfach ein Traum. Super private Terrasse, perfekt für einen Pärchenurlaub! Frühstück direkt am Meer war auch Mega, es gab jetzt nicht soviel westliches Essen, aber mit dem muss man in Asien auch mal rechnen.

Es gab in unserem Zimmer eine Verbindungstür zum anderen Zimmer, an der wurde regelmäßig gerüttelt und versucht sie zu öffnen, super unangenehm und somit auch sehr hellhörig! Das Essen (abgesehen vom Frühstück) im Hotel war auch eher unterirdisch für so eine Anlage.

ห้อง upper วิว เขาตะเกียบสวยมากกกกก ใกล้ชายหาด เดินเล่นไปจนถึงเขาตะเกียบได้ ห้อง lower ก็ วิวสวย สระส่วนตัว ใหญ่กว่า ห้อง upper ทั้ง2 สระ น้ำ สามารถปรับเป็นน้ำอุ่นได้ พนักงาน ดีมาก

เครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ำ น้อยไปหน่อย เช่น ครีมอาบน้ำ แชมพู ให้ขวดเล็กไป แต่ ก็ ขอ เพิ่มได้

เจ้าหน้าที่ชื่อคุณอุ่น น่ารักมากค่ะ ดูแล ใส่ใจลูกค้ามาก ค่อยช่วยเหลือตลอด แล้วก็คุณผู้จัดการได้มีการจัดเตียงเซอไพรส์ครบรอบแต่งงานให้ด้วย เป็นที่ประทับใจมาก ขอบคุณมากๆนะคะ

บริเวณชายหาดหน้าโรงแรมมีเศษขยะที่บอยมากับทะเลเยอะมากค่ะ น่าจะช่วยเก็บกวาดให้สะอาดตาหน่อยค่ะ

Air con is too noisy

We were there for our honeymoon. They greeted us with on the house cocktail and a dessert plate, along with some decorations. I addition, the second night we ordered cocktails and received some snacks on the house. The lead staff member was very thoughtful of our food restrictions and helped to navigate between the dishes at breakfast which was great. However, the second morning there was another staff member at breakfast, and he served me a tea with milk, while I had informed the staff I'm lactose intolerant (I didn't know the tea is served with milk). Although, given the fact I could just order a different cup made it not a big deal. The location, however a bit far from the center (which is not a big issue because you can hop on songthew to get there for as cheap as 15b ea.), was beautiful, right in front of the beach.

The coffee at breakfast. First of all, they didn't have any milk alternatives, which I would expect from a 5 star resort. As I'm lactose intolerant, I couldn't drink cappuccino there. Moreover, my wife who can drink regular milk said the coffee she received tasted bad, on both mornings. Also, for our pancakes we received some honey which had a few dead ants in. However as soon as we asked to replace it it was replaced with a clean one.
