Needs more cleaning up and disinfect

Good location, price, and bed.

Bathroom rather minimalistic.

What I like the most is the security. You will feel safe here. Secondly, the owner , Mam Jen Nizumi, very accommodating (thanks for the delicious meal) and approachable. Next, cleanliness of the room plus the blanket , pillows smells fresh . Lastly, near to all the major stores in the metro, and it’s a walking distance to mrt station.

One of the things that I admire from someone is to be greeted by a receptionist then guide you for a short tour. Giving a warm smile and feel that your at home to a new place . Sadly, maybe because of the pandemic , it affects the quality of the service . Nevertheless, it’s understandable .

No hot shower

Unsteady Internet Connection. Majority of my stays had no connection. I cant even open my emails. Had to stay and rebook a another hotel for my meetings. Prior to my booking, I fully paid the 11 nights of stay with the price inclusion of Breakfast included, but NOT a single day the property provide breakfast, even though the concern was raised to them and verified by Booking Customer Representative. I'm so dissatisfied with the long and late response of the staff. Even their supposedly HelpDesk Number Provided are unreachable and cannot connect. Even the bed is so difficult to have a good rest due to the springs are giving you a backaches. Definitely will NOT book again to this property.

The room doesn't have power when we came in. Ee have to contact the person in charge with the booking, the floor have a leak al over the place, the plates and utensils are so dirty, the bed seem.dirty as well, then the next day early in the morning th power was shut off. I will not recommend this place.
