We chose this property because of the upstairs king bedroom and the fact that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. My in-laws took the lower level master so they could skip using the stairs, but we were just as comfortable in the “upstairs master”. The location was perfect and having the golf cart was a game-changer! Also great that it was a 6-seater, so everyone could ride together if we wanted.
