Una bella fattoria bianca costruita dal defunto Tony Debevc, proprietario di Debonne Vineyards a Madison, Ohio. Tony ha costruito questa affascinante casa per sua moglie, Rose e i suoi due figli, Donniella e Tony. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dai vigneti di Debonne ea breve distanza in auto da molte cantine situate nella Grand River Valley. Il cottage si trova a 10 minuti di auto da Ginevra sul lago e si trova su 50 splendidi acri. Gli affittuari hanno accesso alla pesca e possono godersi una tranquilla passeggiata attraverso il campo fino al grande fiume. La casa è stata recentemente rinnovata con aggiornamenti moderni, pur mantenendo il fascino e l'amore che Rose e Tony avevano. La sala patio ha un tavolo da biliardo full size e freccette per un sacco di divertimento serale o piovoso. C'è un soggiorno minimo di 2 notti. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Every detail had clearly been thought through to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were outstanding, and the home was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, the common areas were spacious and inviting, and the outdoor space was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.Communication with the host was exceptional. They were responsive, friendly, and made the entire process seamless from booking through checkout.We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this was truly one of the best experiences we've had. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed, and memorable getaway.Thank you for helping make our trip so special!

Nice country home close to wineries. The weather was chilly with drizzle but it would have been nice to enjoy the outdoor fire pit. The bedrooms were cozy and beds comfortable. Michelle was easy to communicate with. We only ate breakfast in and appreciated the coffee maker.

Cozy wine cottage. Our 2nd stay here and it was lovely. All the essentials, clean, comfy beds, and plenty enough room for our family of 5.
