Staff not received call, so we have not provide accommodationand we are return. Very bad

Did not like any think totally mess, dirty rooms are not clean poor management.
Worst hotel. Even though I had already paid the hotel staff ask for more money. When I raised a question and ask why they demanding extra money they told they don't have any room at the online rate and they didn't give any receipt for the extra money. So my question why they put there hotel on online booking side, if they don't have any room in this amount. When I call for the demanding extra money to the helpline authority there problem resolution are very poor.
Because I had an exam on the next day so I had spent that night on this hotel. Otherwise I will take step for demanding extra money and launch a complain to Consumer office

I booked by site,at cost of 780approx but after going that place the staff ask me for 1600rs..and also told they are not encourage me to book their hotel.

The two rooms were booked for Rs 1350/- But when we arrived the receptionist said they will not give the room for less than Rs 2000/-
So. we had to pay Rs 2000/- for the 2 rooms.

As we are staying their so we order some food and the staff imdeatly come with bill which was unappropriate as we can pay it after also i think
And the staff was distrubing us i want money return
