Location, size for the price, jacuzzi good, clean apartment.

Instructions for using lft poor, Instructions for using wifi poor (I had to change the setting myself to get it to work), toaster was broken, staff slow to respond, no instructions that drier wouldn't work up to a certain weight, main bed mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.

The location was very central and close to the centre of town and the marina area.

The owners showed little care to offering guests a pleasant comfortable stay. This was evidenced by a very cheaply set out unit, very average beds, uncomfortable lounges, window furnishings that only some worked and didn't screen might light. Kitchen utensils were also extremely basic, very cheap and flimsy. Not even a can opener?? Not much to use for cooking. Oven dial controls had no visual markings, so a guess as to what control settings and temperature. No BBQ, it did have an electric grill for in the kitchen, but even on the highest setting the heat was low at best. Could go on, but I think you get the point. It looks like unit is up for sale and the owners don't really care, that or they really don't have any experience with making a comfortable stay for guests. Been coming to the bay for over 20 years and this was the worst accommodation other than the location.

filthy carpet, most of the blinds were not working, cockroach in main bedroom, bed sheets were short, clothes horse was broken but we fixed it, balcony near dining room was quite dirty , planter with just pebbles in it, other balcony was not clean either, frames on the walls were very small and antiquated.

Excellent location in a beautiful place. Parking great, lift great...apartment had plenty of space.

The unit is just in need of some TLC...getting old and needs some love.
