Amara si trova al numero 6 di Wesley Ave, a soli 250 metri a piedi dalla spiaggia di Nobbys ea 3, 7 km dal CBD. Questa casa luminosa e ariosa con quattro camere da letto e due bagni impressionerà sicuramente.
La casa può ospitare comodamente 8 con 4 camere da letto e due bagni e due zone giorno. Al piano terra c'è un garage doppio con accesso interno, due camere da letto entrambe con letti queen size, ventilatori a soffitto e armadi a muro, un secondo bagno, lavanderia interna e una seconda zona giorno con TV e divano letto.
Al piano superiore si trova la camera da letto principale che contiene un letto matrimoniale, ventilatore a soffitto e cabina armadio e la seconda camera da letto con 2 letti singoli, ventilatore a soffitto e armadio a muro.
A questo livello si trova anche il bagno principale con doccia e vasca separate e WC separato. La zona soggiorno / pranzo / cucina a pianta aperta ha soffitti alti e si apre sul ponte anteriore ed emana una sensazione di rilassata atmosfera da spiaggia.
Porta il tuo amato animale domestico mentre il cortile per cani è recintato in modo sicuro con Nobbys Beach a soli 250 metri di distanza che è una spiaggia "cane fuori porta".

The house was very clean and welcoming, great location., The real estate managing the house was very difficult to deal with, did not answer emails and required ten phone calls to arrange pick up of the keys.

This pet friendly space was in a great location (near to dog friendly walking beach and Flynn’s beach for surfing). The layout worked well for our family (with adult children) and there was a fully fenced rear yard. We enjoyed our annual holiday back in Port Macquarie.There are a few things about the property that could be improved, but overall it was clean, the deck gave additional space and access to the garage helped to store boards etc.

Great house for a small group. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to beaches and Flynn's Beach cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

Great location in close proximity to pet friendly Nobbys Beach. Very secure rear yard. Four good sized bedrooms and two large living areas. In a very quiet street.Only criticism was the internal stairs were quite steep which caused the oldies some angst - would benefit with the installation of a handrail.
