Grande villa recente con 5 camere da letto situata in un ambiente incontaminato e molto tranquillo tra mare e foresta.
Divertiti a nuotare nel mare o nella piscina a sfioro della collina, prendere il sole sulla terrazza panoramica, osservare le scimmie nella foresta, pescare tilapias nella peschiera, fare escursioni verso altre spiagge, freccette, giocare a pallavolo vicino alle palme da cocco, fare snorkeling barriera corallina vicina (alcune attrezzature fornite), bocce, bicicletta (2 adulti e 1 kiddie bike disponibili), osservazione delle tartarughe che depongono uova durante la stagione, surf (abbiamo 2 tavole da surf a disposizione), o semplicemente rilassarsi sulla terrazza sorseggiando una bevanda ghiacciata o una noce di cocco fresca (cortesia della casa).
Attività nelle vicinanze possono includere gite in barca per visitare il famoso parco nazionale sotterraneo protetto dall'UNESCO, trekking nella foresta, ziplining sopra il mare a Sabang (700 m di lunghezza), tour di una mangrovia centenaria, escursione in un villaggio perso nella foresta da la spiaggia, la speleologia delle scogliere calcaree, la pesca in mare di notte, la doccia a cascata, ecc.
La villa, a 80 m dal mare, può ospitare comodamente circa 12 persone in 5 camere (di cui 3 con letti king e aria condizionata), ha una grande cucina con vista sulle vicine terrazze di riso ed è alimentata da pannelli solari durante il giorno e da un generatore silenzioso di notte (dalle 20:00 alle 7:00). Sono disponibili molti giochi di società e una selezione di DVD e libri e fumetti inglesi e francesi. I bambini sono i benvenuti e sono disponibili una culla e un lettino.
E per coloro che non possono vivere senza telefono e internet, la rete di solito è disponibile, anche se molto lentamente, sul ponte della vista ;-)

The location of this property is absolutely amazing .........the property had many amazing features ........for us it was a holiday of a lifetime ...something I could only really have dreamed about so we really stretched ourselves to pay for it.
Unfortunately there were several things that let it down and really need to be explained clearly on the advert:
1. The pool, wasnt ready, it was dirty, wasnt full as described (infinity pool) and was a long way from the villa up a lot (over 100) stone steps. The deck was alos unusable
2. Two of the showers were not working (they did get better when we asked)
3. No air con in top room ....needs making clear!!
4. Kitchen facilities poor...... pans old and nonstick long gone....... some of the utensils were put in the kitchen on the day we left.
5. Electricity kept cutting out
6. The cost of boat trip to the mainland was £60
7. Water was charged
Most of these we could cope with and didnt spoil the holiday, Viel did compensate us for some by allowing us the roasted pig and bottle of wine free of charge.
However the worst thing which did affect the holiday was that we all got bitten by sandflies. For a couple of a group this resulted in us not being able to sleep on 2/3 of the nights.
We do not blame you for the sandflies but it would have been extremely useful to have been for warned so that we could have brought appropriate treatments.
Sorry to have so many complaints but we really feel the need to let people know.
Finnally though I need to reiterate that we did enjoy the wonderful location, the amazing views, the lovely sea and incredible starry nights

We had a very good experience with Turtle Bay Villa and hosts. Peter and Viel were quick to respond to my questions and the answers I received were honest and accurate. We started out with 12 guests but due to work some were not able to attend. Our hosts adjusted the cost accordingly so we were satisfied with the outcome. This was the first time with VRBO/Homeaway that I had to leave a deposit in cash so I was worried about not being refunded but everything was fine in the end.
This house is a small boat ride from the town of Saband which is about a half hour so if you don't mind getting on a Banca in the water then you will be okay. I had my 80 year old mother with me and although we had to help her climb in and out of the boat, we all thought it was a fun time.
The house itself is beautiful and well done and the surrounding area is true jungle so beware of giant bugs and mosquitos. Our helpers Mark, DG and family were all very efficient when we had problems in the house and helped us with getting permits to
the Underground River. The navigators of the bancas were all great sailors and were especially knowledgeable especially since part of our stay was during a storm.
Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the remoteness and the beauty of the beach and sea. If we were to come back, we would have to definitely stay a few more days. Thank you.
