The apartment was spacious and so much fresh air on the 3 balconies. The breakfast spread was delicious with a stacked kitchen to make anything you wanted. LOVED the filter tap. Utilised their laundry service also which was great.

Nothing.

Clean and quiet location close to the port

Great central location, close to everything. Very clean, and beautiful views. Good facilities

No lift. No washing machine facility. If you have heavy luggage, you have to carry it up and down if you are on the top level. Also while there’s a washing machine, it’s not fictional and the there’s a charge to get laundry done. This should be a basic facility provided by an apartment.

The flat was functional and close to the harbour so handy when arriving with the ferry. Staff were helpful and responsive.

The venue was advertised saying “all our flats have a balcony or terrace”, and that there are “outdoors seating areas”. The description of the flat did not mention these, but as it was said all flats have it, we of course assumed this was the case. However, the flat was in the base floor, no balcony nor terrace, not much any view from the windows except a fence and a road. Outdoors seating area was merely a bench in the corridor outdoors facing a tall fence, so one didn’t really feel like sitting there. I discussed this with the host, and they said the text was auto-generated by booking. I think this is a lame excuse. Also noticed after that someone else has already pointed out the same problem, which clearly had not been fixed. The cleaning staff piled up all towels next to each other on the hooks so that it was impossible to know whose towel was which, that was a bit annoying though I appreciate the green policy not to change very much. But then maybe just better leave them where they are.
