First, the house was not clean. When I say "not clean" it had definitely not been cleaned as described in the Cleaning Practices section of the listing. There were dirty dishes on the counter and in the dishwasher, used coffee grounds in the coffee pot, dirty counters, bathrooms, and even food on the carpet in the living room. Mike, the host, offered to get the carpets cleaned, as long as I cleaned the property out of my own pocket, time and resources, in lieu of the refund of my cleaning fee. There were not enough cleaning supplies available to clean the house. The vacuum cleaner did not work, the faucet in the kitchen did not work for over 3 weeks. The bathroom faucet leaked the whole time I was there. The pictures and listing for this property are not accurate. The furniture and carpet is not only old; there are large stains on the living room furniture. The dining room furniture is not the same as the pictures. All of the furniture is very cheap and uncomfortable. One of the dining room chairs was broken and fell apart when I tried to move it. The listing says pets are welcome, but only pets under 35 pounds, and mine is 120, of which I asked for verification. I didn't find out that was going to be a problem until my neighbor told me. I cannot recommend this place. The neighborhood was awesome, including the neighbors and the location, but the house itself was really uncomfortable and desperately needs to be updated. It was not a great, pre-paid, 3-month experience.

The property and the community are incredible. The house is larger than expected and quite comfortable. It suited all of my family’s needs. The backyard is perfect for morning coffee while watching the hummingbirds play. The community has a large pool and two tennis courts. The house is near everything that Las Vegas has to offer. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is quiet rental away from the strip. All the stores you need for food or anything else are close by. If you want to visit the strip it is a straight drive down Tropicana. while I was her there was a problem with the sprinkler system and Mike was fast to het it fixed.

Nice property, very quiet area, well situated. Mike was very accommodating and helpful. Great value for short or long term stay.

The review of BNRenter is accurate. We rented this cute, quiet home 12/14-3/15. Landlord was great. We had one issue and he personally resolved it within 24 hours -- during a weekend. This is our third winter in Vegas and there simply is not a better location. Close to the strip. Albertson's, WalMart, etc., less than five minutes away in any direction. The new upscale Summerland City Center an easy ten minutes via freeway. Costco ten minutes one way, Sam's fifteen the other. The off-strip casinos are easily and quickly accessed. (The interstate loop is only a few minutes away.) Understandable the property usually is booked well in advance!
