Large apartment located on Via Milazzo, a short walk from Termini Station
Grande appartamento uso residence in affitto sito in Via Milazzo, a pochi passi dalla Stazione di Roma Termini e pochi minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e Piazza di Spagna. L’appartamento è stato recentemente restauratoe si trova al piano terra di un signorile palazzo dei primi anni del '900. Composto da soggiorno con divano, grande sala da pranzo con tavolo per 10 persone, una grande suite con letto matrimoniale ed angolo soggiorno con divano, una camera doppia con due letti separati, una cucina completamente attrezzata, un bagno con vasca, un bagno con doccia. Dotato di aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, tv con digitale terrestre, dvd, hi-fi, connessione Internet, lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie.Arredamento moderno di design classico, altissimi soffitti ed una posizione eccellente per la visita a piedi del centro storico di Roma completano l'appartamento.

To start off the apartment was as advertised. Had lots of space, was clean, and had all of the amenities you'd want in an extended stay vacation rental.The only criticisms I would have are the check in process, the location, and some minor noise in the mornings, and the water.The check-in process wasn't clear up front, so when we arrirved at the property (slightly earlier than the check-in time) we didn't know who or what to look for, so we ended up getting contact information through the VRBO messages for a local employee/agent that was supposed to meet us and give us the keys to enter and exit the apartment. They then collected the occupancy tax witch wasn't included in the price paid up front so keep that in mind. The agent gave us lots of helpful information and recommendations for places to eat which was great. The second criticism is that the street directly in front of the entrance to the apartment is used as a sort of market, so each morning there are lots of stands and vendors setting up shop and selling things throughout the day, it was charming but a bit of a surprise as I didn't see this happening on any of the surrounding streets or blocks.This leads to the third criticism, there was a fair bit of noise in the mornings, likely from people coming and going, working, and setting up their shops, since the apartment is on the first floor, the noise was enough to wake us up in the morning.Lastly, the water pressure wasn't great and had limited hot water.

What a great spacious property & location, also so close to the Rome Termini, allows easy access to other areas of Italy if you want to travel by train. I will definitely recommend to fiends travelling to Rome.

We loved that there was enough room for 7 people.
The location was pretty close to all the major attractions. We were able to walk or take the subway/busses.
The apartament may need some reno work but overall was a good experience
