3 bedroom house in the heart of a Norman village. Cottage in Normandy.
La nostra proprietà ha due case. Uno, principale dall'inizio del XIX secolo, non è soggetto a noleggio. Il secondo, che affittiamo, è aperto sul giardino ed è stato completamente restaurato nel 2015. Luminoso e confortevole, ti accoglierà al tuo ritorno dalle tue passeggiate nella campagna della Normandia. La nostra sala da pranzo estiva, dotata di un grande barbecue, riscaldamento a gas e decorata con ottone antico, è a vostra disposizione per lunghe serate conviviali con la famiglia o gli amici. A portata di mano troverete una panetteria e un negozio di alimentari ben forniti. Finalmente sulla piazza del paese è appena stato aperto un eccellente ristorante e un po 'più avanti un accogliente wine bar ti ricorderà che sei in Francia
La nostra proprietà ha due case, la casa principale che non è oggetto di commercio e una casa più piccola. La proprietà che affittiamo è una deliziosa casa in stile cottage con 3 camere da letto nel grande giardino della nostra residenza principale. Luminoso, confortevole e completamente rinnovato nel 2015, ti accoglierà dalle tue passeggiate nella campagna della Normandia. Accanto alla casa che affittiamo, è un fienile tradizionale utilizzato come sala da pranzo estiva. È dotato di un grande barbecue, riscaldato e decorato con ottone antico. È l'ambiente perfetto per lunghi pasti conviviali con la famiglia o gli amici. La casa si trova nel cuore di un tradizionale villaggio normanno, vicino alla piazza del paese che ha una panetteria, un negozio di alimentari ben fornito e un ristorante di recente apertura. C'è anche un accogliente wine bar per ricordarti che sei in Francia

We had the most amazing family holiday at Martine and Vincent's property. For many years now we have ceased to buy things as Christmas presents for our family but rather we take them on holiday to give them memories. We have done many trips to France with the family and in 50 years of marriage we have ourselves also stayed in many properties in France. We can say without a shadow of doubt that this is nicest place we have stayed by a country mile.Martine and Vincent are the kindest and most gracious hosts and although they live in the big house adjacent to the gite they were in no way intrusive but always there to help if needed and always out early to clean the pool ready for our use during the day. It is evident that they have put huge amounts of thought into the way they have set up the property which is beautifully set out, comprehensively equipped and really has everything you need for a relaxing and stress free holiday. Everything about the property exuded quality and attention to detail (particularly impressed with the underground cave)Th property is set in the picturesque village of Harcourt ( do try the restaurant in the village - you will not be disappointed!) and is set in a beautiful region with easy access to nearby towns,supermarkets and places of interest. The photos on the listing really do not do this place justice. The property represents excellent value for money and if you book (which we heartily recommend that you do) it will exceed your expectations

What a wonderful place to spend your holiday in Normandy. The house is stunning and has everything needed for your stay.The gardens and pool are exceptional and Martine and Vincent are very friendly and helpful hosts.

The pictures don't do the property justice, the pool and covered seating area is wonderful, the rooms are furnished and decorated to a very high standard, everything that you need is supplied.

We had 2 weeks in Harcourt and directly our hosts were brilliant. When we arrived the check in was perfect everything explained and assured that Martine and Vincent were always available if needed. The accommodation was clean and very well presented. Pool was great and always cleaned before we got up, also able to cover if weather not great and still swim. The out door kitchen was a great place to relax in the evening with a bbq. Would regimens for a relaxing holiday.
