Air conditioning, cleanliness, the filtered drinking water, the staff, and the effort they put to accommodate you the best way they can.
ETT HomeTel is a new place that is still partly under construction (upper floors). The family room that we had still smelt of paint. The family room sounded big and roomy but it was really just two double beds and no room for anything else. It was really just designed for you to sleep on. The bathroom is a little sink and there was no place to put toiletries on except on top of the toilet or the bin. And the water pressure for the shower was weak.

I love the room. Everything that i need for a comfortable stay is there. The staffs are pleasant.

We booked the family suite.
Theres only 1 family suite in this hotel.
The whole room has been painted with very stinky paint the day before.
After 5min my lungs started to hurt and I got headache.
So we changed room.
But it was standard size and we havent got any money back (nobody could sleep in such fresh painted room with toxic paint)!

The rooms are really clean for philippine standards.
The staff is really helpful and kind.
The price is ok.
Our room (family suite) was painted the day before and was extremely stinky (gross latex paint). I got headache and my lungs started to hurt.
So we asked for an other room (lower standard room). We got no refund for the difference we payed. The staff was really helpful but normally you cant give a newly painted room (with toxic paint) the next day to customers (normally waiting time is 1 week that it wont be toxic)!

If you want to stay near the airport it is a strategic place. Near to everything.. specially if you want to buy Pasalubong you can go to market "Arlenes" delicacy is comparable to other in terms taste and value of money same here in ETT... if you want a safe Place and Value of Money.. stay here!

I paid for this room “Deluxe Family Suite” but doesn’t what was provided, instead they give them a two regular rooms without dining and kitchen 🥲.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Close to Kalibo Airport. Good and comfy enough for an overnight stay before flying out. Fastfood joints and other restaurants are nearby.
The bathroom smelled a bit off when we checked in. We turned the exhaust fan on the whole time to diffuse it.

Space - the room could be bigger, too little space to move around, no desk/table for work, poor cellular signal inside the room

ETT HOMETEL Its modern & clean.
The landmark is Front of Aklan Polytechnic School. And, it‘s nice because is near by Dunkin Donut, Mc Donald, Jollibee. Downstairs of ETT HomeTel is Coffee Break. ☺️☺️☺️
