酒店园区环境优美，别墅卫生干净，很安静，度假推荐，管家式服务很贴心，外卖有管家送到别墅，海边有电瓶车接送，值得推荐

酒店特别好，位置极其棒，服务很优秀，卫生也很OK，房间超级大，绿化非常好，还提供摆渡车接送，可以接去海边，走路也很近，五分钟左右就是海滩啦。外卖还有管家送进别墅，总之值得推荐

The villa is nice looking but not functional (copy paste villa design, not well thought out architecturally). Staff were polite and answered very quickly on wechat. Communication is Chinese only, mainly through wechat. Alternative payment options were possible after contacting the property in advance.

The swimming pool advertised on booking.com was in reality a small blue bathtub like structure about 1.5m in diameter in the garden. Note that there is no functional kitchen, even though this was advertised. The stove was not working, and management explained gas was turned off as it would be 'too dangerous'. No attempts were made to offer us an electric cooking plate or other replacement. This was a great disappointment after booking this property for self catering and already bringing supplies. Only an oven and a water boiler and rice cooker are provided. Note that the fridge and the oven were dirty and we decided to wash all dishes again before use as they seemed not very clean. The lower bedrooms smell of smoke and there were ashtrays in every room. When we moved a chair there were cigarette butts below it, quite disgusting. The Crowne Plaza next door seemed a nice place to go for the kids for a swim but note that they do not allow visitors from the villa complex, not even for pay, which was a huge disappointment for our children. There is a supermarket in 20 mins walking distance but stocking only basic local goods (no teabags, for example). No convenience stores nearby at all, only high end duty free shopping malls. I feel this place, as well as others next door, are heavily overpriced and are not of the same quality as medium priced resorts in Thailand or Indonesia.

The location is great and well maintained landscape

It is overpriced! Poor service and not well satisfying conditions of the interior e.g. seat and sofa covers very dirty and partially damaged. The evening before our arrival we confirmed the villa by phone. The next day we got a different one and not well cleaned. Took us some effort to move to another villa. For Western people not really to recommend !!

we booked this place because it’s got a perfect score and with 90+ reviews. but our experience is far from perfect. we’d rate it 70-75 out of 100. check-in is a disaster, location terrible as it’s in fact located in a residential area which is not directly connected to crowne plaza. nothing is impressive. we hope this review can really give people some true feedback of what this place really is. (please don’t try to erase this review as i’ll be taking picture)
