Secluded Cedar Cottage in the Matunuck Hills - just minutes from local beaches!
Situato su una collina circondata da 12 acri di alberi, sentieri e numerosi piccoli stagni con bollitore, questo cottage è la perfetta vacanza serena! La casa è un disco facile per tutto ciò che South County ha da offrire - meno di dieci minuti per le spiagge di Matunuck (SK pass spiaggia della città incluso), l'Ocean Mist, Matunuck Oyster Bar e altro ancora. Venti minuti di auto da Point Judith e dai traghetti di Block Island, Westerly e Watch Hill. Trenta minuti di auto da Newport o Mystic, CT.
Otto posti letto Ampia sala da pranzo illuminata dal sole e spazio di vita, oltre a una piattaforma avvolgente con posti a sedere e una griglia a gas. Stufa a legna funzionante se le serate diventano fredde e AC in tutto. Tre camere da letto (1 matrimoniale, 1 completo, 1 con due letti singoli), più un comodo divano letto nel soggiorno. What a lovely home! Beautiful, roomy, comfortable, well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, everything we needed! Emma quickly responded with any questions we had. Gorgeous setting. Secluded yet close to everything: beach, Ninigret Park, local hikes. Each one of us said we would come again. Thank you Emma!

A little hard to find at first but we loved the house was tucked away and not in a crowded area. We were traveling from far and the house was stocked up on travel essentials so we did not need to pack them, even had plenty of beach gear! Whenever I had a question I got an answer instantly so that was very helpful when I was preparing for the trip. Overall great property and area to enjoy a quiet vacation, get to the beach without all the crowds! And close proximity to so many Rhode Island adventures!

Property is great as advertised. Very spacious with plenty of outdoor living space. Upstairs bathroom is very updated and beautiful. Very secluded and quiet. Only noise is the Owl we heard hooting during the night. Having the basement to store our gear is also a bonus. Host Emma is great. Can’t say enough good things about the property

We loved the house - very cozy. Situated on 12 acres, it was very private and removed from the craziness of the Summer tourist trade. All the amenities in the house are first rate. The South Kingstown beach is very nice. We enjoyed our month stay and would recommend the house for any family.
