Property near metro and local cafes. Washer in unit but no dryer or clothes line to hang up wet clothing. No air conditioning in the room-ceiling fan did not blow air in the direction of the bed. The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator and very dark staircase at night. Property owner did not answer phone when I arrived and had an issue with the combination lock. Someone should have been there to let me in and and answer questions= good customer experience. Owner asked for an extra 5o euros to have unit cleaned during my 9 day stay and supply clean towels. No toiletries or laundry detergent in unit and/or enough paper towels.
