property is decent，location is ok
the owner does not provide sheets and towers unless you pay 25 Euros. This is absurd! With 25 Euros one can buy sheets and towers.
the owner also gives us option to clean the apartment ourselves to avoid 10Euro cleaning fee. This is very unprofessional, one should not rely on guests to do good cleaning. I would not feel comfortable staying in place not cleaned by professionals

Clean, well furnished, and brilliant location.
The sofa bed was comfortable but very squeaky when we moved - it woke up my children next door!
Toilet seat needs tightening - was a bit wobbly.

Some prior information about the pay carpark outside the apartment would have been helpful and the App that was required in order to 'Pay by Phone'. Also it may be helpful to have access to fan as it can get very warm. Otherwise it was excellent value for money.

The pillows were too soft

They asked us to pay 20 euros for the cleaning of the room or else clean it ourselves even though we stayed only for one night. They let us know of this fact about a week before we went there and after we had payed for the room so we didn't have an option to change accommodation.
