This is a very special property. Incredible setting.

This property is situated above a rugged coastline. Upon opening the front door, the view is of crashing waves against the rocks below. It's spectacular. The villa is located on the quieter side of the island. We rented a car so it wasn't a big deal. We were about 20-30 minutes from the resort part of the island. It was fun driving around (on the opposite side of the road) and getting to know the different areas.
Mary Pat is a very responsive and kind hostess. She and her husband have a restaurant down the road from the villa which is AMAZING! We ate there on Christmas Eve and had one of the top dinners we've ever had (and we're foodies). We loved it so much, we ate there again on our last night.
We had a much needed vacation with rest and relaxation.

We spend 10 days in seclusion at the most beautiful spot. We felt like we were alone in the world. We only went out when we had to. Mary-Pat was the best host. She made sure we had everything we needed.

This place is ridiculously beautiful and we couldn't ask for a better host than Mary Pat. She followed up with us multiple times making sure we were good and didn't need anything. The house itself is really cool and fully equipped. She thought of everything like masks, fins, binoculars, books, Bluetooth speaker. Kitchen is well stocked. The view is incredible, the reefs are amazing. The restaurant is right up the road and it is amazing as well. I definitely recommend the Hibernia Experience. For us, there are too many places in the world to go to one twice but this might be the one. We will be back!

Exceptional view and location! The panorama you soak in every day of the vast ocean, cliffs, and rocks is outstanding. The villa is lovely with everything you need to enjoy and relax! Mary Pat is so accommodating and wonderful. Enjoyed every moment there.

This was our first trip to Anguilla, and we are in love. The island is absolutely stunning and full of beautiful people who were so kind and welcoming. We were blown away and, in our short stay, it really came to feel like home.
Our stay at Villa Hibernia also exceeded every expectation. The photos truly can’t begin to do it justice. It’s very private. The villa itself is lovely — decorated beautifully and thoughtfully and it wraps its arms around you. And, the views are breathtaking. You fall asleep to the sound of the waves. We watched the sun set over the sea from the pool each night. The kitchen was well-stocked and we enjoyed cooking in it. Mary Pat was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive throughout. She thought of everything. Having access to the Jeep made all the difference. We loved having the freedom to explore the whole island.
We found that Best Buy, a few minutes down the road, was a good place to purchase necessities. They even had a selection of gluten-free items. And, though the prices are all listed in EC, they gave us our totals in US dollars and accepted both cash and credit cards.
We also enjoyed trying different restaurants, with Tasty’s, E’s Oven, and Elodia’s being a few of our favorites.
We can’t say enough good things about our experience. We will definitely be booking another visit to Villa Hibernia and lovely Anguilla again very soon.

The property was wonderful. If you are looking for a private romantic getaway this is a great spot. More removed from the island nightlife so if that's what you want this is probably not the right place for you. If you want a quite, relaxing, beautiful spot on the ocean this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Host and housekeeper were wonderful and very responsive.

This was our first trip to Anguilla. The Island Harbor is located in a secluded area but only a few miles from everything. Our stay was in January so the water temperature in the pool and spa was cold. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed our stay at this unique house. Mary Pat was very responsive and accommodating. We hope to be back soon.

Hibernia is just as amazing as the pictures. It is a beautiful, peaceful place for relaxing, yoga, just chilling. You could be happy just spending the day there instead of going out. The downstairs bedroom by the pool is like a private suite in itself. The hosts were great and readily available to solve any issues. We had a great time.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. The house is as pictured, beautiful and on the water, in a quiet part of the island. I fell asleep to ocean waves crashing every night. Pool loungers we're very comfortable. Mary Pat was the perfect host. I would absolutely book here again.

Absolutely spectacular experience at Villa Hibernia. The pictures - themselves good - don’t even do it justice. The Villa is perfect, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The view is breathtaking. The host, Mary-Pat, is wonderfully responsive and supportive. We can’t recommend Villa Hibernia highly enough. We will choose this again for our return, no question.

Stunningly beautiful and unique getaway
We picked this property as it was the right size and appeared to have a nice view. The photos don’t do justice to the beauty of this place. The cliff side location just above a stunning cove with views of Island Harbor’s reef entrance will entice sea lovers everywhere. The property itself is wonderfully decorated with art and sculpture from around Asia. You will feel the peacefulness of the Caribbean meet with that of a Thai or Burmeses monastery. The Villa has all creature comforts and conveniences you would expect from an island vacation home. The owners and host also run a world class restaurant a few block away that is a must for fans of seafood and fine dining. The inspired cuisine needs its own 5 Star review. Bravo. We hope to be back again.

A Beautiful Home
Villa Hibernia is a beautiful house with amazing views. The house was a perfect place for us to relax when we were not exploring the island of Anguilla.
Mary Pat was prompt and informative when responding to my emails before and after we were at the home. We appreciated that Mary Pat stocked our fridge with some extras for our arrival.
Raoul and Mary Pat are special people and their home is a special place that was built with love. We highly recommend staying at Villa Hibernia.

Mary Pat and Raoul were amazing. The villa is gorgeous and exceeded all expectations. The sound of the waves all day and night cannot be matched! The water view is mesmerizing and we did want to leave. The Hibernia restaurant was also top notch! Lots of close local restaurants to chose from. We loved the hiking trial from the villa, which was roughly 1.2 miles away with a beautiful and remote beach. We highly recommend renting the Jeep from Mary Pat as it was super convenient for evenings out!

Mary Pat and Raoul were amazing. The villa is gorgeous and exceeded all expectations. The sound of the waves all day and night cannot be matched! The water view is mesmerizing and we did want to leave. The Hibernia restaurant was also top notch! Lots of close local restaurants to chose from. We loved the hiking trial from the villa, which was roughly 1.2 miles away with a beautiful and remote beach. Unbelievable beauty and accommodations!
The villa and Anguilla were everything we hoped for during our trip. The villa is beautiful and Mary Pat and Raul were gracious hosts! Everything you need is there including beach chairs and a float for the pool. Very much enjoyed swimming in the pool with gorgeous views of the ocean. We recommend swimming and hanging out at the isolated but nice beach at Palm Grove/ Nats Place restaurant just a few minutes away from the villa and the hike at Katouche Bay with a swim after. We had a delicious meal at Hibernia Restaurant which was the best on the island in our opinion! Thanks for a great and memorable trip!

The house the view and the wine cellar are spectacular. But it’s the gracious and attentive hosts Mary~Pat and her quirky husband Raoul that elevate your experience on Anguilla.

Heaven on earth
Villa Hibernia is a unique and beautiful oasis perched on top of a cliff with the most stunning views. The Asian decor transports you into a state of zen and peace. Every inch of the villa has such attention to detail. My husband and I did not want to leave. Our hosts were so helpful and attentive. Their restaurant Hibernia was one of the best meals we had on the island. If you are looking for a special getaway - this villa is unlike any other. Hope to return again soon.
