Great budget motel, clean, safe, comfortable and centrally located.

The location is fantastic. The price is excellent. The bedding feels clean. I liked having the handbasin in the room instead of the bathroom. The sanitaryware looks new. Power points are in good locations. Having access to hot water in the dining room is appreciated, as I was able to make tea with my own teabags.
Some hooks in the bathroom would be very practical. A supply of tea bags in the dining room would not cost much but would be welcome. We notified the staff that some small insects made their way into the room. I'm sure they will get onto it before it becomes a bigger problem. The room was quite warm, even with the window open, as we travelled in summer.

location
no AC only heating and it is too hot like hell inside the room that I need to open my window and hear all bypassers conversations and all kinds of outside noise.
