Il LeClaire River Loft è un bellissimo appartamento in stile loft recentemente rinnovato situato nel centro di LeClaire, nello Iowa. Situato a pochi passi dai fantastici negozi e ristoranti di LeClaire, è il luogo perfetto per una fuga romantica o un luogo tranquillo per ricaricarsi dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro. Con elettrodomestici full size, lavatrice e asciugatrice, LeClaire River Loft si rivela una casa lontano da casa. 2-4 posti letto comodamente e vanta il miglior portico anteriore e pozzo del fuoco in città.
Dopo essere stato sottoposto a una ristrutturazione nell'autunno / inverno 2018, il LeClaire River Loft ha il fascino e il carattere perfetti. Perfetto per una serata o un weekend, rimarrai stupito da questo splendido appartamento nel cuore di LeClaire, IA.
La camera da letto si trova al secondo piano e ha un letto matrimoniale e una zona salotto. C'è un Keurig in camera da letto per una piacevole tazza di caffè la prima cosa che faccio la mattina. L '"ufficio" ha un divano letto con un rotelle al piano principale per altri 2 ospiti.

The location of your property is wonderful, the porch especially! We found that we loved everything about this house, the fact we could walk everywhere and sit on the porch and still feel that it was private. Our visit back to our home town was so relaxing and enjoyable that we would stay here again, for sure. Love it.

Could not ask for a better location for a girl's weekend in LeClaire. Host had prompt communication, responded to questions quickly. We ended up not doing any cooking but felt the kitchen was well stocked if we had decided to. We ended up not using the fire pit because rain was predicted but will try next time! Dining table was nice a big for playing games. Good yard space. Friendly neighborhood cats were a fun little bonus. I would love to be able to pack up this place and transplant it everywhere I stay! Highly recommend!

Great property on Main Street with shops and restaurants/breweries within walking distance. Excellent host and will definitely be back.

It is a nice, clean property that has a nice porch and fire pit area. We enjoyed the porch with a view of Main Street. The living room is a nice size. The upstairs bedroom is spacious and has a small sitting area that was great to hang my wedding dress! There’s also a closet to hang clothes. The second “bedroom” that is downstairs doesn’t have a door. So not as private. But it had a comfortable daybed. It was perfect for our needs.
