Immerso in Hoboken, questo delizioso condominio a 389 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimovacanza. Puoi vedere New York City !!! dal ponte coperto anteriore !!! Adoriamo questo quartiere che vivo qui dal 1997 !!! Direttamente dall'altra parte della strada ci sono 12 campi da tennis pubblici e un parco molto grande composto da un campo da calcio campi da basket tra cui un grande parco giochi per bambini e un bel percorso per fare jogging o andare in bicicletta, non esitate a chiedermi alcune racchette da tennis e palline da tennis !!!
Il parcheggio privato è disponibile $ 20 a notte per veicolo, questo deve essere prenotato e abbiamo posti limitati o il pass per il parcheggio residenziale gratuito su strada è disponibile su richiesta, il parcheggio in strada non è garantito, è necessario guidare e trovare un posto con in 4 blocchi di l'unità. I really wanted to be able to see New York from the house. I thought the view of NY at night was good enough to remind me where I was. We are from Texas, and it was our first time in the state. We were able to visit NY, and eat at a lot of good food in the area around the house. The park directly across the street is really pretty, and we only saw it in the winter.
The House layout it pretty cool. I would stay here again for sure.

I would rate our stay five stars out of a possible five
Peter and his team did an outstanding job. The location is so convenient to getting around the city. Very quiet neighborhood with quick access to the city. I would recommend Peters place to anyone. Peters help in navigating all the options in transportation was a tremendous help. Again if your looking for a clean quiet and convenient place this is the place. Job well done by Peter and team

I am very satisfied with my family's stay here. Peter and his family were very accommodating and wonderful. They were always available to answer my questions and or fix any issues in the house(which were none). I look forward to my next trip to New York/New Jersey. I plan to stay with them again and will recommend them to every one.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment had plenty of room to spread out and having the balcony was a plus. It was relaxing to get away from the city and watch the park life in the evenings. It’s close to grocery shopping, and we had plenty of room in the kitchen.
We ended up using Uber (had planned on the bus and maybe the train). Uber is very convenient. Not cheap, but super convenient for the 5 of us.
We had minor issues with the air mattress and the patter of feet above. But it was all manageable.
A great, affordable place to stay.

Property manager and owner are very accommodating. Space is very clean and lots of room to stretch out. Right across the street from tennis courts, basketball and playground. Near Hoboken, which has a neat little downtown. Easy bus access to Manhatten. Would recommend!

Great place that is close to Manhatten. Plenty of space for us with our 3 teenage children- could spread out and relax! Peter is also a fantastic host!!!

The property on 2nd street is across a beautiful park, close to the NJ/NY transportation and neighborhood grocery stores and felt very safe.
The property on Palisade is very spacious has a great view of Manhattan from the balcony.

The apartment was nice but when we were asked if there was anything else we could use to make our stay more comfortable we asked for wash rags and kitchen towels and did not receive them. My biggest recommendation would be to have those available.

Everything was perfect.
Everything was perfect. With ton of space and acomodation were perfect. I strongly recommend this property for vacation rentals in groups.
