Great rooms - we had 2 different rooms. Excellent location, handy for everything including bus and Metro. Well equipped with lots of storage. Coffee maker was a nice touch.
Housekeeping was hit and miss. Not very clean; was superficially clean but rushed. We swapped rooms due to an issue (resolved v quickly), but lost our flannels mid-stay (they were removed not replaced), we found 2 personal items in our first unit, didn't have a chopping board in the second unit. Housekeeping needed 5 minutes extra and it would have been perfect.

Fabulous Historic Apartment Building.
Great Apartment and well equipped.
Terrific location, minutest from Red Line Subway.
Whole Foods Market about 10 mins walk away.
Walking distance to everywhere.
Gym could have been better equipped.

Very unique place to stay, the rooms were a nice size and the facilities were very new. Common area was nicely decorated and the location was great.

The location was amazing! Close to everything , surrounded by nice restaurants working till midnight and longer . Pillows were very comfy. The staff was always of help and very friendly
We had 2 rooms : on the seventh and the ground floor . The room on the ground floor turned out to have an army of ants ( like literally first time in my life we saw sooooo many of ants : they were everywhere : floor, bed, towels , kitchen ..). We informed the hotel upon our departure ( that was a short stay for 3 nights ) about that . They said we could have been moved to a higher floor if we had told earlier . And every night we saw 2 rats running in front of the porch of the hotel , the staff told us it is common in DC.
