It was walking distance from the wakayama castle. Was good to have a microwave fridge with freezer and bathroom ensuite. Beds were spacious
The microwave was dirty and pillows were very flat.

Facilities were good had free towels and a tv, staff were nice and check in was very simple. Air con was good.

The owner is nice, but I don`t recommend it to girls and ladies.
This one is not Hotel. May be in US it called Motel and in Europe Hostel or something. Anyway this is not Hotel at all. I don`t recommend it for the girls because of location. Also the room key is very old type and not safety. (For men, I think it is OK ) Carpets, bath mat, toilet mat , sheets are not for Hotels.

The toilet space is very small, there is no place to hang clothes at all, it is very embarrassing when men and women mix rooms

Good location, right next to the castle. Decent price. Fine for 1 night.
The sink hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guest. Contact lens cases still on the shelf + dirt in the sink.
“Kitchen” is just a microwave and a fridge. no mugs, cutlery or bowls/plates.

I liked everything the facilities had to offer.
The mattress in my bunk was thin. There was not much cushion between me and the wood underneath.

Thank you for your warm welcoming even though I was late! I felt very welcome for my first night in Japan 😊 the restaurant under it is also great!

Very friendly and kind owner. Gave us free strawberries from his allotment on check in. So kind!
NOthing not to like....this is basic, friendly, clean accomodation. Perfect for a one night stay (we were catching the early ferrry so it was perfect for us)

The room looks newly renovated hence it is very nice and clean, and the aircon is really powerful. Highly recommended even in summer.

I liked the TV in each dorm booth, although only JP channels. The very clean dorm room included a toilet, bath/shower, refrigerator, microwave, slippers, and lockers. Towels & toothbrush included.
Supermarket, 7-11 and Lawson convenience stores within 1-minute walk. Centrally located between both JR and Nankai train stations. 15-min. walk to Wakayama Castle park. Plenty of bars & restaurants nearby, including 2 Thai massage places.
I had wanted to pay with credit card, but the system couldn't be accessed, so I had to pay with cash instead.
