Location was amazing with beautiful sea views, and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Yes the building is older, but the price for accomodation which can potentially sleep 7 means great value for a family. Roses has a beautiful beach and so is a mainly tourist place but the little town was also cool to look around and there was a good market and some more authentic bars and restaurants if you looked for them.
Picking up the keys and dropping them off after hours was super easy, but note that the code they give you for the door to the apartment block only works if it is not double locked, which is why you are given two keys (we assumed the two keys were two copies of the apartment key for each of us and managed to lock ourselves out.
The communication was really confusing. The property is managed by Interhome, so I was getting messages and emails from Interhome HQ in Switzerland (I think?), but they were mainly slow or didn't respond to queries and when I tried to check in online it said there was an issue and I couldn't. Communication with the local office in Roses was much better (they reassured me I had checked in!) but we felt that there could have been a set of instructions for the apartment eg what to do with rubbish, check out procedures etc.
Because the apartment has no air con I would not like to stay during very hot weather!

La vue du balcon sur la baie de Roses et les montagnes et le fait de pouvoir aller à la plage à 2 pas de cette location.
Globalement équipements satisfaisants ex: lave vaisselle lave linge...
Pas de double vitrage dans les chambres le soir bruyant festivités et le matin très tôt les engins du service technique sous les fenêtres.
Pas de climatisation
Pas de documents d'accueil d'informations dans la location.

Good location for walking to the restaurants
The building is pretty old and rundown, and the apartment only had one small fan making it too hot to sleep most nights. Also worth noting the 6 flights of stairs to get up there.
Very noisy in the mornings with the street cleaning starting around 6am directly below.
