Beautiful hotel, gorgeous location Room was spotless and beds are soo comfortable! Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant but the coffee shops food was delicious! Staff goes above and beyond for service. Book it!

the view is amazing and the location is nice the bed was comfortable service was good depends who was on duty

at check there were two people at check a lady that went far and beyond to make us feel welcome and they was a guy at the reception that did everything to make us feel unwelcome. the answer was no even before he heard the request he is giving a bad reputation to this hotel. the rest of the staff were great I ordered a deluxe suite but it happened to be a junior suite the pictures were misleading

the front desk staff was not welcoming. parking is a overpriced hidden fee - price was not posted anywhere. hotel valets car to a dirt lot while underground parking is available 20 feet away for a fraction of the charge. fortunately the manager took it off my bill when I complained.
