Perfect place to stay with the family with very friendly owners. Very tasty dinner,which making owners. Nearby Dubrovnik, two roads to reach this place. Really thanks for perfect holidays:)

Myself and family have just returned from a 5 day stay at Villa Paulina after another stay at Cavtat. The family that manage this villa are THE most welcoming hosts I have ever met. They are genuine and clearly take pride in what they do, as was evident in the standard of cleanliness and attention to detail within the villa. We had planned for them to cook us a traditional meal on arrival and it was easily the best meal we’d enjoyed in Croatia. Everything was fresh from their farm. Even the wine! I’ve added a picture of the “remoteness” of Villa Paulina, however not once did we feel like it was remote. The hosts were at the property every morning to clean the pool and always asked if we needed fresh food from the market or to hire their motorbike. As we didn’t have a hire car, I took a walk to the nearest market which was roughly a 30min walk and was pleasant in the evening. It’s worth noting that Uber and other taxis pick up and drop off from outside of the villa. If you’re looking for a relaxing trip or a good base to visit Dubrovnik without being amongst the crowds of tourists then I’d highly recommend this villa. The surrounding countryside, the rustic homely feeling of Villa Paulina, and some of the nicest hosts we’ve ever come across made this stay the best part of our trip.

Lovely, clean, modern & luxurious villa, just like the photos. Nice, clean swimming pool & outdoor seating area. Very friendly hosts. They welcomed us with wine & snacks upon arrival. The villa is charming, situated next to the owner’s farm. Lovely to see goats, sheep, cows & a donkey in the nearby fields.

It should be noted that the villa is situated on a narrow, unmade road in the countryside & a car would be needed to stay here. Location is good, midway between airport & Dubrovnik.
