Great location; great view.
Have clean pillowcases without blood on it and clean pillows without Brown short hairs on it. Also need to fix hole in wall and look at the chipped skirting boards. Very bad in the kitchen area.couch is super uncomfortable and very low to the ground. No air conditioning instead given two stand fans. Given the amount that we paid for accomodation I was disappointed in the condition of the unit and the blood. Not a nice thing to find on your pillowcase as you check in.

Location was fabulous, easy walk to town, a car park space is a bonus. Well equiped. Owners emailed to check we were settled in, emailed with leaving instruction etc
