Un grande appartamento con quattro camere da letto in condizioni originali, direttamente di fronte alla spiaggia di Shoal Bay con magnifiche viste ininterrotte sull'acqua.
Questa unità parzialmente ristrutturata è stata riarredata e presenta una cucina, un salotto e un ristorante nuovi di zecca. La zona giorno open space è spaziosa, luminosa e ariosa, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia o con quel caffè del mattino.
Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale.
La camera da letto due ha un letto matrimoniale.
Tre camere da letto ha due letti singoli.
La camera da letto quattro ha una serie di letti a castello. Tutte le camere hanno armadi a terra.
C'è una lavanderia interna con lavatrice. Il balcone è perfetto per osservare i delfini e le barche che navigano attraverso le teste di Port Stephens.
È a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e caffè. Un posto di primo piano per una fantastica vacanza per la famiglia. Il drive in entrata è dal retro delle unità di Lillian Street e il parcheggio in strada isoff.
Per questo alloggio è richiesto un deposito cauzionale di $ 500, oltre al totale delle vacanze.

Amazing views from apartment and location. Towels were provided despite being told they were not. We would come back!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment, for a weekend getaway with 6 ladies celebrating all of our upcoming 60th Birthdays. The apartment was everything we needed and was close walking distance to restaurants and amenities. The apartment was clean, neat and tidy and the view was just relaxing and lovely to see from the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The 6 ladies agreed the apartment was a great choice, when we made our booking and when we stayed at apartment, it was the same in the photos.Note for future ppl wanting to stay at this apartment: Steps to the top (Aprx 24) were a bit of an issue, with 2 ladies having some health issues. (But we worked around that) Also, apartment doesn't have an air conditioner, but we were grateful to have pedestal fans in all rooms and the weather was kind to us.

Family , swim , walks , eats at restaurants and local fish and chip shop . Perfect
Beautiful view . No fuss . Leave the car parking at back of unit and walk everywhere

Location excellent….bedrooms would benefit from ceiling fans as the bedrooms were very hot.There were pedestal fans in the bedrooms that worked poorly. Three of the dining room chairs had pieces missing from the the back of the chairs making them unusable and dangerous. This was reported in November 2025 on Bookings.com but nothing was done about it ????? One toilet for 8 people is not really adequate there is room in the laundry for another one this has also been reported previously. The Shower is terrible It’s ancient and needs updating.I feel the owners have neglected this property.The renovations in the kitchen/dining are is done very well ….. the lounge area is very nice and relaxing.Thank You for asking for our review, Kind Regards
