Great memories with family!

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and suited our needs very well. The kitchen is huge and well equipped although it could use some new cookware. The bedrooms are quite roomy with nice views. The walk to the beach is a little long although we did see some wildlife along the way. The pool area was well maintained and had nice chaises for sun bathing. Would recommend this property if you need a place for a large family.

We were seeking a change of venue (we usually stay in ocean isle) for our spring break but also looking for a place that allows us to get away from the crowds given the pandemic situation. This place was perfect. We had a front row seat to a beautiful sunrise each morning and the sunset at night (off the front porch). The kids were entertained with the pool, the basketball courts and of course the beach. We did pay for the beach canopy to be set up for us each morning and that was worth every penny! The couches are so comfortable and the beds are not too bad for a rental! So that was a nice bonus. The queen bedroom downstairs has a plastic cover that is insanely noisy and that room is next to the laundry room —-and that washing machine has the loudest spin cycle ever. Put the deepest sleeper in that room! Kitchen was well stocked for family dinners prepared in house. We brought our own sheets and towels...including hand towels. Also remember hand soaps, dish soap, dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies and toilet paper. The house was barren of all of those. It was a great house and a great location. The walk wasn’t terrible to the beach...so don’t let those comments scare you off. It was a gorgeous place and a great location.

The house was more spacious than the pictures led us to believe. Great space, fully stocked kitchen, and tons of seating. The walk to get out to the beach was a little long. The pool was great and we used the outdoor shower daily. Overall a great house for a family gathering.
