Tutte le camere da letto con ventilatori a soffitto, bagno con vanità e doccia, w / c separato, lavanderia con lavatrice a carica dall'alto. Cortile interno completamente recintato con stendibiancheria, barbecue a gas.
Configurazione letto - letto 1 - regina, letto 2 - regina più rotelle, letto 3 - 2 letti singoli più rotelle.
Tanto spazio per il parcheggio e la barca.
Garage non utilizzabile.
Cuscini e trapunte sono forniti, sarà necessario portare la propria biancheria - federe, lenzuola sopra / sotto, asciugamani / tappetino da bagno e strofinacci.

We enjoyed the stay at Roshy's Retreat. It's a lovely location and of course the house can accommodate far more than one couple. One of two small maintenance issues could be addressed - such as hinges on the rear veranda door.

Great property with a Hardwick Bay view which is a short walk away from the General Store and the Tavern. Kitchen was very well equipped with utensils. We really loved staying at the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here; the house had everything you could wish for to make us comfortable.
There are some small maintenance issues that need attention.
I suggest to the agents: Include in this review a section whereby anything needing attention could be listed. I am sure the property owners would appreciate this.

A return visit to Roshy's, we had another wonderful stay. Our morning coffees and evening wines on the deck looking at the ocean were the highlight of our 3 night stay. We will be again. Again!

Great location - close to playground, jetty and beach entrances. We took day trips to Innes National park and other areas of the coast. Had a great stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The only thing that I could suggest to make it better, would be to replace the bbq. It was very clean but it had seen better days. Otherwise a wonderful place to get away from it all.

Roshy's place was great. Had everything we needed and more! Lots of tourist information to inform our day trips around the Yorke Penninsular. Excellently appointed with everything we needed for a comfy warm night - glass of wine/cuppa on the verandah overlooking the water on arriving back from our day. Wondered up to Taven on Turton for a quick drink last night and stroll home watching the pelicans & changing light on the water. Brilliant!
I would highly recommend Roshy's place for families - big & small.

Excellently appointed with everything we needed for a comfy warm night - glass of wine/cuppa on the verandah overlooking the water on arriving back from our day. Wondered up to Taven on Turton for a quick drink last night and stroll home watching the pelicans & changing light on the water. Brilliant!
