Pros: The vrbo was well appointed and had updated appliances. It had great views of the ocean, and the lanai was very comfortable with table 2 chairs and a chaise lounge. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The resort as a whole had many amenities including a pool, hot tub, and outdoor games to utilize. It was also in walking distance to many restaurants, activities, and a convenience store. The owners were friendly and attentive to our questions.
Cons: The vrbo was located right outside of the bar area so music played the majority of the night. We had to use the bedroom tv to drown out the noise. The only closet available was used to store beach gear so there was nowhere to hang laundry to dry. Also the unit could use a deep clean as there were stains on the living room furniture and the kitchen floors were sticky.

Kristen & Greg were amazing hosts and their beach home was everything we needed! We immediately felt like home and their instructions were easy and clear- even before we got there!
Our entire trip was enjoyable and the Starbucks downstairs didn’t hurt at all. Loved the 4th floor location for easy Skywalk access. We will be coming back to stay again!

Our stay at Emerald Beach Resort was great! After arrival we went straight to our room, no need to check in! Our room was exactly as advertised and was clean! It included everything in the kitchen we needed for the week and the view was perfect! Chairs and umbrellas were provided, along with beach toys. No complaints from us!

I have never left a review after staying anywhere, but the owners of this condo deserve it! Greg was excellent with communication the entire process. My husband and I stayed in this unit for a quick weekend beach trip. It is very clean and well taken care of. It smelled so fresh every time we first walked in the door. I usually do not sleep well if I am not in my own bed, but that wasn’t the case. It was a very comfortable bed! We were able to get great sleep!! Also, the shower had great water pressure. We stayed in one night and watched Netflix. The owners have an account set up and we used the “guest” profile. It was truly a relaxing trip.
There was always a long wait for elevators, but it wasn’t a problem because we would just use the stairs instead. It is on a low floor so it was convenient.
We will definitely stay here again!

My family had a great stay at this condo! It was absolutely beautiful with plenty of extras such a beach toys, chairs, towels- that were an added touch. The resort was also in a great location with easy access to the beach and dining. Highly recommend! :)

The condo was great. Right on the beach with balcony overlooking the ocean. Comfy beds, close to shopping and restaurants. Everything we needed was included or easily accessed. We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed on the fourth floor. Door by the skywalk, bar and lobby accessible. You’d think noise would be negative but we slept like rocks. Location made it easy to get on either side of the street and walk to several restaurants with the kids. Pools were awesome with plenty of Florida sunshine. Splash area in 2nd pool would be great for anyone with non-swimming kids. Bar area by pool offers drinks for adults and kids. We will return!!!

Great place! Great building! Great location! There were bonus beach and local eatery items for use while on vacation - very thoughful. We appreciated that added touch of hospitality. There were a few minor issues, but the owner was very responsive and acted very quickly to resolve.

Our family of 4 (two kids 3 & 5) thoroughly enjoyed our week stay here at this beautiful condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved how quick we could get to the beach and pools. Our kids loved the children’s pool area with fountains and they slept perfectly in the comfortable bunk beds. It had a nice balcony that even had table and chairs to eat dinner on. We cooked most of our meals and there were all the cooking necessities. The condo was also close to a grocery right around the corner. They thought of absolutely everything to have in this condo and we will definitely be back. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful place!

Recently moved to the East Coast and wanted to experience the gulf and bring my kids to the beach for their first time. This was an excellent place to do it! Amazing views (without being too high up as my wife is no fan of heights), quick and easy access to the beach, and plenty of walkable restaurants. Stocked with all the essentials we needed for cooking dinners at home and bringing various items to the beach. Would definitely return!

I had such a wonderful stay and will definitely book again. The communication was excellent and check in process smooth. The view from the balcony and sunset were my favorite. The beach access and amenities were also a plus. I traveled alone and felt safe as a young woman. Book this condo you won’t be disappointed!

Our family has stayed at many many places over the years. This one ranks #1! You may think that is crazy considering location and price range.. but for me, it was the little thoughtful things. I'll take superb customer service and consideration over luxury from a-holes.
My husband and I were on our 30th anniversary trip alone. We raised 6 kids and the amount of things I had to pack as a young Mom to make things convenient for us back then was off the charts. This place supplied so many of the things I took for our family all those years. I was amazed.
Both bathroom doors have over the door towel hooks! Why doesn't every beach house?! I had to take our own just to hang a family of 8 beach towels, not to mention showering and wet swimsuits. The consideration was there and supplied! I was tickled to see it.
Beside the bed was a lovely fan for noise and breeze. We have been known to buy box fans on vacation and leave them for the next people to take advantage of! Seriously.. it's the little things.
Ice already in the icemaker, thermostat already set to cool, texts to say we can get in early because the room was cleaned, lots of supplies for the beach, chairs and umbrella with the room and a polite suggestion to take cash for a tip...
I could go on and on. This couple could give paid talks on how to accommodate vacationers to keep them coming back! I am a fan for life and will 100% book this room again!!!! Stunning view, amazing entertainment and options in the hotel, lots to be said and left unsaid. We were completely happy and content to stay in the room and enjoy the view. You get the picture. I was completely satisfied! Great great place to stay.

This was the first VRBO experience for us and this property was amazing; the owners had thought of everything we could possibly need and answered every question we had. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the comforts of home-like a washer and dryer so packing clothes was much easier. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances. It is beautifully decorated and the view is perfect. Loved waking up to the ocean waves everyday. Thank you!

My husband and I celebrated our third anniversary in this beautiful unit. The location of the unit is perfect. We have stayed at this property for several years and now have found a new room we love. I am picky when it comes to cleanliness and this room met all our expectations and above. The kitchen was well stocked also. We will return!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Greg and Kirston’s unit 432 at Emerald Beach Resort. The view was fantastic and the unit was neat and clean. The beach chairs/umbrellas were a very nice perk since otherwise they would be $45/day. This 1 BR unit has 2 bunks in the hallway which was perfect for us with a pre-school child. Greg and Kirston communicated very well throughout the process. We recommend more towels in the unit. We had 3 for our family which was adequate but more would have been nice so as not to need to wash so often during the week. Emerald Beach Resort is very nice, has 3 pools, and a nice game area near the pool. There are restaurants within walking distance as well. Elevators are confusing between the garage and units but once you have that down it’s a great place. We would definitely come back.

We stayed for a week at this location and had a wonderful time. I already miss relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waves. We’re a family of two adults with two kids under 10. The quick access to the beach was ideal, and having two pool options really helped with the kiddos. They loved the outdoor games & snow cones near the kids pool. The bunks worked great for the kids and there was a king sized bed for the exhausted adults. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would most definitely recommend.

This condo had plenty of room for our family of five. We loved the beach and how close it was. The kitchen had everything we needed so we could cook our own meals. Everything we needed was walking distance too. We definitely want to come back.

I have never written a review for a place before but after my experience with Greg and Kristen, I felt it necessary. The condo is the perfect place for a getaway and located in a great spot relative to attractions. Then add how extremely easy the owners make every step of the process, from reservations to checkout, so easy and communication is amazing. Just go ahead and pick this condo, you won’t regret it!
